- Today I am doing a wear test for La roche posay tinted shaka fluid. My skin is oily acne prone, so in this video I am showing is this spf actually works on my skin. I am sharing my review and thoughts about this product so enjoy the video! :)

When I first got it and applied, I was very worried because it looks way darker than my pale skintone. But, after blending it in and waiting a couple of moments for it to dry, it is great!!! This is my first tinted sunscreen and I am so happy to have found it as I want to become strict with sunscreen and avoid using foundation. :)

Shaka fluid is my favourite at the moment 🙌🏻☺️
The dry touch was impossible to put on for me. I had to wet my fingertips
I just bought the dry touch version and I had the same problem as Vicky Azabal, it was hard to put on and it peels off easily if you're using moisturizer under it. Not sure if the same peeling effect happens with makeup, haven't tried that. Also dry touch version is not recommended for eye area.

Great review, however, I noticed it does seem to settle in the creases. I have few scars and creases, so it might make them more prominent!

I use sunscreen once only and don't reapply. How long does it usually last you? cause it is quite expensive for that much amount. Nice video : )!
I saw an experiment with this la roche posay sunscreen and apparently it starts to wear off after about 3 hours 🤔

Diana do u know a French brand called ACM ?!! I use their “gel” sunscreen and it makes me look oily and break out!

Great video! Thank you for making this :) Does the tint look really obvious up close though? Could a man wear it without people thinking he's wearing makeup? It looks invisible in your video, tbh, but it seems too good to be true.
It depends on your skin tone, I have slightly warm undertone that’s why it’s not that visible, but if you have pale skin tone I would suggest going for non tinted shaka fluid ☺️

According to the dermatologists I follow, tinted sunscreens have been shown to provide additional protection against blue light, something which regular sunscreens do not do. Hence, my interest in this product. However, I've noticed that many tinted sunscreens have a foundation-looking appearance, and unfortunately, the notion of men wearing makeup (or even looking like they are) is yet to be normalised in society.
Is this ok for very dry skin

Hey! Well probably not…even though it doesn’t give that much colour, if you are pale then its gonna show up too dark on your face 🤔
I am fair and I liked it. I’m not super white just a fair skin tone . It gave me some color without being too dark , I got a sample from my dermatologist maybe you can try a sample somewhere first.
Im having trouble washing it off with my normal benzoyl peroxide wash, do you have any tips or recommendations on how to removed the sunscreen?
Try double cleansing, first with oil based cleanser followed by your regular one😊

Do you need to re-apply this throughout the day? i plan on using this for school but i dont want to reapply it multiple times
Yes you have to reapply it every 2 hours, or you can use powder sunscreens to reapply during the day👍🏻
All z sunscreen need to apply it every 2 hrs but I dont

I’m pretty fair and j got a sample from my dermatologist and I was shocked that it went well with my skin tone and wasn’t too dark .

This and shaka fluid is the same, only one of them is tinted, although I use non tinted version more often ☺️
