"Megitsune" official music video. This is another festival type song, and a masterpiece.
Or else: "Headbanger" live at legend 1997 version.

Sooo many options! Here's a few suggestions:
1). Road of Resistance (Official - Live in Japan): If you like power metal / Dragonforce, and want to learn how to command a crowd of 20k from a 17 year old 😆.
      ruclips.net/video/zTEYUFgLveY/видео.html
2). Headbanger (Legend 1997 Concert): Dec 2013 concert for lead Su-Metal's 16th Bday, quintessential Babymetal song.
      ruclips.net/video/bEjbzwtSq1Y/видео.html
3). Rondo of Nightmare with Kami Band Intro (Budokan 2014 Live): Epic band flex + Su-Metal Solo, super dark, super heavy. 🤘
      ruclips.net/video/lpbySjPd1uA/видео.html
4). BxMxC: Su-Metal spittin' bars, heavy. Also in 2020 when the girls are a bit older.
      ruclips.net/video/rzKUJF_EcQ8/видео.htmlsi=dKlytjW0KOafQEF2
      Enjoy! 🤘🦊🤘🦊

    Great reaction, thanks!
I see that shamisen (literally three strings) is getting a lot of attention lately, haha... 😁
Yes, this is a "matsuri" (traditional Japanese festival) kind of song. With plenty of chants and calls and responses. Everything is about hyping the crowd and exhorting them to sing and dance along. You will find several reminiscences on "Megitsune" music video which I highly recommend.
    Until next time!
    🤘🦊

    _Wasshoi wasshoi!_
Cool to see you're back after your Lil Uzi Vert feat. BM - The End reaction. You got a lot of songs to discover so hopefully you'll come back with more.
We got another banger for Japanese festival or any festival around, they performed this recently at Summer Sonic and hopefully they will do the same at Blue Ridge Rock, Aftershock or Louder Than Life and get the crowd going nuts with this.
It's their first song released with this new BM reborn and formation.
We heard it before the release because they premiere this at Apocrypha - Another One show, and someone leaked this on a fancam, it was fun and really unexpected but everyone was having a blast and even started with a Kami Band solo after a while without it.
The song title is Metali!! (metal + matsuri, which is a Japanese festival) and you can hear it in the spoken section when one of them (MomoMetal) is doing the Kabuki moves style.
Just so you know "wasshoi" is another shout used in Japanese festival when men are carrying the shrine, similar to sore and soya you can hear in Megitsune and Karate
I can totally see why they pick Tom Morello on this, the groove, the catchiness, the super energetic jump and those typical 90's vibes at funk or alternative metal live concerts.
    Next suggestion:
    - Headbanger!! live at Legend 1997, Gans Tomas or "abr metal" got that clip safe to react under Head Bangya title.
Thanks for sharing this and see you next time.🦊🤘🎸

The shamisen is a representative musical instrument of Japan.

Nice reaction. Agreed on Tom Morello's tones. Some of my favorite solos of all time came from him during the RATM days.

    Wassyoi! Wassyoi! Wassyoi!〜わっしょい!😁😁😁
Yes they are indeed METAL. However, instead of shouting anger, it is HAPPY METAL that can cheer people up and make them smile😁

The instrument at the beginning and in the background through the song is the shamisen which has 3 strings. The title of the song is a combination of "metal" and "matsuri" which are Japanese summer festivals that involve dancing and people wearing the masks that are shown in the video. The lyrics encourage everyone to dance and the shouts of "sore" and "wasshoi" are sort of like "heave ho" and "let's go". In the little kabuki break by Momoko she says that we are all idiots so we should all dance.

Shamisen and Koto are the two most iconic Japanese instruments. Shamisen is often played fast and works very well in metal. It is played with a huge plektrum. If you look at Wagakki Band, then there is a girl (with some skills) there playing Shamisen. There is also a guy playing Koto.

BABYMETAL - Road of Resistance - Live in Japan (OFFICIAL) and BABYMETAL | Rondo of Nightmare (w/ Mischiefs of Metal Gods Intro) | LIVE at Budokan Black Night (HQ) should be on the top of the list, or for something quite different (by Babymetal standards) the BxMxC music video is a fun one.

"Wasshoi! Wasshoi! Wasshoi! Wasshoi!“ Great reaction, you just know the live performances of this will be completely wild and the crowd will go nuts! 🤘🤪🤘
Metali is a fusion of the words metal and matsuri (festival). They are inviting us all to dance - I may have this a bit wrong, but there is something in the lyrics about we are all idiots - the idiots who watch and the idiots who dance ... so as we're all here and we're all idiots why just watch, we may as well all dance.
BABYMETAL have over 60 songs now - and you won't go wrong with any that you might choose for your next reaction. Each song is different to the last, some are good hard metal some lean towards their pop roots and they do everything in between. They have songs in virtually every metal genre and they will mix or blend in so many other different musical styles and genres.
All you can expect is the unexpected - they will surprise you every time.
The official videos are all great and worth seeing - but live is where they are always at their best. I will second Jake Muller's suggestion for 'Headbanger' live at the Legend 1997 concert in December 2013 as a good starting point and as Jake said, you can find high quality videos safe to use posted by Gans Tomas or by abr metal for that one.

Quality is okay, but you can definitely feel the vibes. Also, band intro + Momometal does something special after her Kabuki theater portion 😉🤘🦊

As many have said, the Instrument is a shamisen. No need to react, but heres a sample worth taking in.

And if you haven't reacted to it yet, check out "namahage" by Ningen Isu (another japanese metal band) Wajima has a shamisen-style guitar solo in this song.

At JAPANESE FESTIVALS, you will often see a group of people carry portable shrines on their shoulders. They shout "Wasshoi Wasshoi... " endlessly as they move about. Usually they are carried by men, but in respect to BABYMETAL, here is a female group => ruclips.net/video/dknY49pINvo/видео.html Also the main message at festivals are repeated in this MV = There are two types of idiots. one that dances and one that watches. If you're going to be an idiot (by being here) be the dancing idiot. So this song was designed to have people dance and shout. This will be totally wild live.

Thanks again from Japan 有難う 💛 At the actual venues, this song followed after the Western (American) Kami Band's cool instrumental solo intro and Tom Morello part is played by Chris Kelly, one of my favorite guitarist.
The title is a synthesized word from two words : "Metal" and "Matsuri 祭 (festival)" → Metali. And if you want to know the deep meaning of the lyrics please check Professor Hartley's channel (Andrew Hartley).
I witnessed this song live twice : World premiere (live debut) in a special show on Aug.16 and Performance at huge festival "Summer Sonic Tokyo" on Aug.20. Oh My Buddha! 😍 I got hyped like an idiot in the simplicity of this song and Momoko's extravagant elocution and moves in Kabuki style (and her growl in live show) gives an amazing accent in the repetitiveness. The repetitive わっしょい "Wasshoi" is a call or yell used in Japanese Matsuri (festival). It is a kind of phrase to intensify people's excitement and especially to encourage the power of guys who are carrying a heavy Mikoshi that is similar to a float in Western style festivals.
[FYI : In the festival, BABYMETAL was a closing act after 8 artists. Evanescence performed right before them. I was moved to tears by Amy Lee's "Bring Me To Life".]
