  • Squash the monsters with the ball before the timer reaches zero. The problem is, only one of the monsters (indicated by an arrow) is vulnerable at a time. Hit the wrong monster and it splits into two baby monsters, making your task even more difficult.
Two versions of this game exists. I played the most common and better version. The rare version (released 2 years earlier) has other sound-fx and monsters and stuff, so will make a longplay of that version too. Stay tuned!
Levels 61-70 is automatically skipped by the game. Some people says this is a bug and others says this is probably not a bug as these levels works when playing two players. The game is also available on Amstrad, PC, C64 and Atari ST. So the only way to really know is to check if same thing happens in these versions.

This must have been one of the first versions of the game, I remember playing an updated version of the game and you played all the levels again after level 80 with all the walls removed, great memories watching this again though, enjoyed playing this game a lot

I'm in a bit of a rabbit hole with this game right now trying to find more info on it lol. From what I've found, I think this is at least the 2nd version (1990?) The first one lacked music. Judging by the music, I think this is the Amiga version. There's also a DOS release (may be on other systems too, not sure) of this game that was branded "Monster Smash". I can't find ANY info on it, so I'm not too sure why it exists but I've seen one review of it so I can confirm it does exist.

On the Sinclair Spectrum version of this, the game definitely looped after Lv80 with the walls made invisible. Was quite surprised to see the game over screen.

This game was one of my favourite Amiga 500 games and I still love to play it with the amazing WinUAE emulator. I'm thankful I found all games I played from 1994 to 1997. I still play Amiga 500 everyday with the emulator because I can't get enough of the atmosphere in many of the games.
