hey! my canon g7x mark ii has a really loud focusing sound, so when i edit the footage, the background sound is really prevalent. do you know how to fix this?
I just came back to get re schooled up again. I’ve been using the GoPro 9 for so long but I want to make it’s if the M50 as it takes such good photos 🎥

Hi, can you teach me how to change the shutter speed and the frame rate ? I can not find that option to change it in my camera :(
Hey, Gabriela! Make sure you're on manual mode then you just have to rotate the front dial and you'll be able to adjust your shutter!

I just bought the G7x mark ii but mine does not have the FHD 23.98 option!! only FHD 25.00P, 50.00P, HD 25.00p, & VGA 25.00P! which should I use?? & how do I adjust the the 1/50, F1.8, & AUTO sections accordingly?

Hi, everyone. This one is easy. Just go to the options, look for region. Change it from PAL to NTSC. Then you will start seeing 24fps, 30 and 60fps as options.
Very interested in learning about how to make the audio better for it!

watched hoursss of videos on this camera and the mark iii , need help deciding and u seem like the guy! i’m interested in both photography and vlogging, i think mainly photography though, does the mark iii still have that autofocus issue if you happen to know? thank you!!
Hey there! They're pretty much identical when it comes to autofocus, if you know how to use the autofocus system properly then it should be okay when it comes to photography, video-wise is another question though, it's definitely a hit or miss sometimes but if you know how to lock focus you should be fine. And yes I loved it Mark 2 and Mark 3 so much despite their imperfections. I love how powerful they are despite being so small

Hey there! Simply press the "playback" button then use the directional buttons or scroll wheel to scroll through the photos then press the trash bin icon then you should be able to delete photos through this method.

Of course you can! This is such a good camera for that because of how small this is, you don't have to fuss too much as to what kind of tripod and other gear to use because it's lightweight and easy to use. It won't get in the way of creating content!

I just bought this camera & it's records clear in the house but once I go outside I can't really see myself what's going on? Also is there a microphone I can get for the mark ii to improve audio& one last thing, what software is best to edit on pc

There’s usually a lot going on in each frame of my videos and my camera is ALWAYS blurry. You said to set a low aperture to blur the background what aperture would you suggest if I want the whole thing in focus?
Hi, Taylor! If you want everything in focus without compromising quality, I would go upwards of f5.6-f8 depending on your lighting situation. Just tune it enough without having to bump up ISO because you're going to start losing light when you deepen the depth of field.
