2.Short wave vs long wave , I hve read it in geography mam ..Why Greenhouse gases are transparent to short wave radiation and opaque to long wave ??...

Greenhouse gases absorb the long wave radiation and re emit them leading to the heat trapping effect, also known as Green house effect. Why greenhouse gases absorb only long wave radiation, might be having some very technical reasons. Not required, I'd say. :)
