It's actually more similar to Boneraiser Minions than Vampire Survivors.
Btw would highly recommend BM. Not sluggish at all! And has plenty of classes, minions and bosses to unlock.

I look forward to it. As I've played the demo already. Not sure if I'll get it right away though, I expected a little more content at launch. Two survivor-likes I think would be cool to check out, would be Elemental Survivors and Witchcraft Survivors.

The game has an interesting concept, but like you said, it looks damn slow. I think I'll wait till it has some mechanics and flow.
