The worst feeling, when you imagine landscapes, you have an amazing ideas, but you just can't make it and decide to give up.. :D This video has helped me alot, thank you!! :)
I have been using krita for a year now. And only draw two colored drawings of characters and simple backgrounds because I only experienced drawing stuffs using a one color drawing like a lineart with shadings. After i watched this and followed your tutorial on beautifully colored scenery i immediately got better at using colors and ideas and techniques of making more colored arts and slowly and intermediately improving my skills and giving more interest on colored art. All I can say thank you for this simple tutorial video that helped me keep on improving and motivated to make more concepts and other types of art ideas.
Lockdown has been hard for me, I'm not an artist so I saw your videos and decided to download the Krita app and get the brushes, it has really helped with my moods, so thank you
@@mixedamvs8869 Similar story here. I'm bipolar and I have my ups and downs. They're usually only shorter periods of time every so often. but half of 2022 between around March and the end of September was just one big black void of shit. A year prior I had bought a Wacom Cintiq 16 tablet and I had also downloaded Krita but never did anything with it. Until one day in the end of September when I just started drawing. And drawing. It's rather silly to think so in retrospect, but I think it kind of saved my life. I even feel like I had the ability to work through some old trauma with one drawing I made. I hesitate to call myself an Artist, but a good friend of mine asked me a question: - Why do you do it? - Ehm.. because it's fun and it makes me feel good? - You're an artist. Every artist I've ever spoken to, and there are more than a few, has said that when it's about the Process of creating something, that's what makes you an artist. So.. I tentatively refer to my creative pursuits as my "Art" now. Hope your moods kept being boosted by drawing. I sure know mine has.
Fantastic! What a great video for beginner. Your the Bob Ross of the digital age! Without the hair and voice.. I loved how you showed which brushes you were using and also left a link to download the pack! THANKS SO MUCH!!!
