Small business struggles as construction near 58th and Washington continues

As construction near East 58th Avenue and Washington Street continues, a small convenience store and sandwich shop is struggling to stay afloat.

Yeah sadly you have to drive by subway and mcdonald's to get there

They should get with a signage business or something to consolidate & update all the inconsistent notes all over the place and the signs outside. If I were a new customer I would be confused and intimidated by all the colored notes with many different fonts vying for my attention. The way it is the place is poorly presented for any new customers and might come off as unprofessional.

Are you serious, construction is STILL going on in this area? Is it the governments goal to eliminate all small businesses.
