When I was at Leeds, I was so so so damn excited for Muse, as it was my first time seeing them live. But Christ, Elbow were just phenomenal. Sunset was a perfect time for them to play. Everybody was so chilled and happy. Amazing festival band. They give the most fantastic vibe to the entire arena. Really hope to see them again.
What a joyful experience! Story sharing is central to the human experience, and Elbow does it so brilliantly! Lovely, this!
Love this song
Seriously an amazing song from a spectacular band. Guy Garvey is a splendid singer and their music is just awesomeness thrown at you from every direction possible. This is good stuff.
Was at Reading and did not really know Elbow, but the show at Reading made me know them:-). It was a cool, evening and Elbow were good
I wasn't even there but I'm getting goosebumps just watching this
Great song love it
Awwwwww......I was leeds and this track sent me over the edge :0) it was amazing xxx
Massive goosebumps... That was an amazing day.
This performance made the weekend.
I remember watching this and turning round to see the sun set, such a good performance :)
The BEST feel good song....EVER!!!!
Fantastic set from them....LOVED IT!!
best highlight of reading 2011
I LOVED THEM!! GREAT CONCERT!
this is the best video on youtube ive seen for a long time.
Just remembering how calm and chilled out the audience were for this set, and how drastically that changed for Muse...
A melody that sticks permanently in your head, or I should say, my head.
Stunning!
Wasn't actually planning on seeing him but heard the start of his set and thought "fuck it". Best decision of the weekend. Missed a lot of bands I wanted to see because I was high of my tits but Elbow made up for it. This song sent so many chills down me, such a good end to an incredible weekend.
i was about 20 people from the front for this! was so good!! :)
Brilliant, even after they left the stage the crowd was still singing.
People started crying in the audience. It was magical.
Gutted that I miss these guys. I went to see the Streets because it was their last tour, but hopefully Elbow will headline reading at some point in the next few years.
Elbow and Muse were a brilliant ending to a fantastic weekend! Hope this year will be the same :D
One of my highlights of the weekend, second best only to Muse. Best out of all the days.
YES! I got on the big screeen! 5:02 & 5:05!!!!! Absolutely incredible set, I would say it was the best live performance I've seen apart from the fact I stayed for Muse after.
this was amazing!!
one of elbows finest
loved this set, dare i say preferred it to muse
i could hear this from my house :) cos i live in reading :)
watching this makes me wish i bought a ticket
FUCKING AMAZING!!!! i cried :)
@DA87i
I was worried for my life. The 20 minutes or so between Muse and elbow were the worst, because so many people were trying to push to the front. Best night ever.
@GraffitiBMXskate oh god I know!!!! the crowd during muse was not fun at all. but this, this was magical!
@Eri05Sunshine It wa far too packed for me to crowdsurf! but during elbow I actually had room to move a little bit.
@t07k Exact same thoughts. Except for i was at Leeds. Immense.
Charlie brooker is a great singer
This would have completely made my weekend..if in between Elbow and Muse half the crowd hadn't fallen over and some HUGELY fat guy had fallen on me. Still...epic performance!
@GraffitiBMXskate Tell me about it, spent most of their set wondering if I'd make it out alive...
@rawrsomesauceable same here!! :)
I have fond memories of this show, partially because someone started peeing on my friend's leg during it (I mean, seriously!? Of all the bands to have someone pee on you during!?!) but also cos they were great!
@yourhighness11 haha i was right underneath that dog!
This song is our generations 'Hey Jude'. I honestly thought they were much better than Muse,
6:32 I found him!
girl 6:28 : i love you
@t07k no thanks to the guy whose shoulders you were on
Let me see everyone K
