I'm usually always surrounded by at least 3 friends. I met someone on facebook, she was a sky player needing help with eden and I agreed to help. We started out as just friends, then I invited her to candle runs so we just started hanging out together regularly and took her on her first OOB trip. I noticed what a fun person she was to hang with and I really enjoyed her company but I never thought something more would come out of it until one day we were suddenly left alone by our other 2 friends and we just sat together and started having a deeper, more personal conversation and ended up talking for hours, none of us wanted to end the conversation. Soon later I confessed to her and now we're a long-distance couple and planning to meet IRL! I also always worry about our common friends feeling like a third wheel so we still always hang in groups of 4 for candle runs and just go on sky dates after.

Oh my! I had similar experience. I was doing candle run on my own in Golden wasteland. You already know there is a big plant in the graveyard. Since I was a little bit new in Sky, I usually wait the server to merge. So one day I was waiting, there was this another player (I don't know if he was waiting for the server merge) just lying down. I also did the same, waited minding my own business. Minutes later, another sky player came then they were talking. That another sky player was angry (I knew cause of the angry emote). Then it hit me. I think they were couple and that player got jealous cause I was with him. I really felt bad afterwards cause I was just waiting for the plant to burn 😭😭😭. To that couple, I'm really sorry I hope you two are better now.
Honestly I have such a hard time talking to people and sky has helped me come out of that shell so much. It's the only game I know where you can play with others and not have to chat to them and have them chat to you. It's really made me a lot more comfortable with friends randomly joining me and following me around, it is truly special.

As someone who had been Sky relationships, been matchmaker of Sky relationships, (and sadly) hired as assassin to sabotage other sky relationships, I have one advice: Don't take Sky relationships too seriously. It's not fun. If you wanna go serious with the other person, do better research and meet up with said person. I tell you now some moths and moffs there are scary, certain levels of scary.

I met a girl who lived in japan and we met because someone wasn’t doing a pose for the dog shrine thing and I got mad so I friended a random and it ended up being the girl she and were were at low points of our life and we eventually decided to text on other apps and it’s great she and I aren’t dating now because distance but she and I still care about each other a lot and flirt a little and I want to save up money to visit her someday. She and I also have similar dreams about what we want in life too.
Not to sound like a nagging nancy but there are better ways. You yourself have to go out and meet real people in the world, sadly this is easier said than done. Sky was made for socialization, not romanticization. This kind of stuff honestly starts unsolicited acts, underage relationships. There's no real and actual way to know someone's age through Sky. Yes, Sky is rated E +10, but i know many people who play Sky that are in there 20's/30's, not for the socialization, but mainly for the beauty in the game itself. That being said, some do decide to make friends and such, but no sort of partner's, or people they have feelings for. There's nothing wrong at all for developing feelings for another person, but that shouldn't be done through Sky. Maybe Discord, and even then :/ Just my two cents 🤷

I think these are common relationship problems in general, but yeah, seeing these in a game like Sky can be a quite uncomfortable...😅 Personally I have a good experience with playing this game with my partner (We are neither boy or girl. We are both nonbinary ^^) I got them to play Sky so we can spend time together in some way, because we are in long distance too. If anything, we have fun making more friends and playing together with them. Helping moths felt like we adopted a child 🤣 I had a friend I met through Sky who seemed to notice I have a partner in game, and the player gave us hearts as a gift and wished my partner and I a long time..🥺 I think, as long as you keep being friendly together with others and have trust in your significant other, being partners in Sky would be a whole lot enjoying and you can get wholesome moments like this..😊

So timely that I see this video and read all the comments. Because of this period I have been broken hearted, lately. It's sad because we suddenly started out as friends. We met in the wasteland and since then we have always been seen in the sky, until the time we were able to talk so we could get to know each other. Until the time comes when we are not aware that we are talking Until our conversation went deeper and deeper. We gave a discord account, Until we decided to meet through pictures and later on we share our personal insta.

I didnt exactly introduce the game to my boyfriend as I know he wont ever like this type of game but instead it was more like I asked him that he would only help me on getting hearts by gifting everyday. Occasionally he would stumble upon sky ads on yt and see something like a swing with 2 ppl and rush to me and said "get this plz" and cuz of that he would always nag me on about getting the 2 player props just for us. Ofc I have to buy them cuz he doesnt play it unless he wants to comfort me or I asked him for hugs (we're in a long distance relationship so its the closest we can get and _discord owo hugs arent effective anymore_ ). On the other hand he would buy me seasonal passes and if he likes the season as well he would buy the pack one, the extra I would give to a friend. Its nice even tho we dont do it often :P
I think people who date on sky should also beware of age difference since there is a chance that someone could be a lot older than you and you may not know until it's to late So be careful everyone, *always* ask someone their age before you date them

Soooo not to be that person but - your population sample - I’m wondering if it is a valid sample of the true population of Sky? 🤔 You’d need a random sample and since you used a Twitter poll isn’t it more a sample of your followers than of the Sky population at large? Granted I do think there are more female players than male, but there are a fair number of guys too. I have a friends list full of them. I wonder if with a true random sample and a large enough population size for the sample you’d find more males than the percentage you claim in this video. I’d say it’s probably closer to 30%. I will say that sky’s latest couple of seasons and events bear out the large proportion of females though - if you look at cosmetics they’ve been heavily skewed toward a more feminine audience. I think the male population is maybe sometimes less social and introverted from my experience meeting them - not all but I’d say 80% of the males I’ve met on Sky are introverted in nature. So perhaps they are harder to meet as they don’t go to up people as much? At any rate finding love in Sky can be a beautiful thing so to those that do I’m glad for your happiness, and to those for whom their Sky love doesn’t work out I send hugs and support from afar. No love is easy in the long run, be happy and enjoy things while you can. Whether it be in Sky or irl love is love, and finding someone who you really care about and who cares about and understands and accepts you doesn’t happen that often either way 💞

I got into sky due to an artist I follow, and ever since I’ve been obsessed, I got my lover into it too, and we play almost everyday it’s very fun
I think these are common relationship problems in general, but yeah, seeing these in a game like Sky can be a quite uncomfortable...😅 Personally I have a good experience with playing this game with my partner (We are neither boy or girl. We are both nonbinary ^^) I got them to play Sky so we can spend time together in some way, because we are in long distance too. If anything, we have fun making more friends and playing together with them. Helping moths felt like we adopted a child 🤣 I had a friend I met through Sky who seemed to notice I have a partner in game, and the player gave us hearts as a gift and wished my partner and I a long time..🥺 I think, as long as you keep being friendly together with others and have trust in your significant other, being partners in Sky would be a whole lot enjoying and you can get wholesome moments like this..😊

I didnt exactly introduce the game to my boyfriend as I know he wont ever like this type of game but instead it was more like I asked him that he would only help me on getting hearts by gifting everyday. Occasionally he would stumble upon sky ads on yt and see something like a swing with 2 ppl and rush to me and said "get this plz" and cuz of that he would always nag me on about getting the 2 player props just for us. Ofc I have to buy them cuz he doesnt play it unless he wants to comfort me or I asked him for hugs (we're in a long distance relationship so its the closest we can get and _discord owo hugs arent effective anymore_ ). On the other hand he would buy me seasonal passes and if he likes the season as well he would buy the pack one, the extra I would give to a friend. Its nice even tho we dont do it often :P

Granted I do think there are more female players than male, but there are a fair number of guys too. I have a friends list full of them. I wonder if with a true random sample and a large enough population size for the sample you’d find more males than the percentage you claim in this video. I’d say it’s probably closer to 30%.
I will say that sky’s latest couple of seasons and events bear out the large proportion of females though - if you look at cosmetics they’ve been heavily skewed toward a more feminine audience.
I think the male population is maybe sometimes less social and introverted from my experience meeting them - not all but I’d say 80% of the males I’ve met on Sky are introverted in nature. So perhaps they are harder to meet as they don’t go to up people as much?
At any rate finding love in Sky can be a beautiful thing so to those that do I’m glad for your happiness, and to those for whom their Sky love doesn’t work out I send hugs and support from afar.
