He won 6 monuments, he won other classics like Fleche Wallone, Amstel gold or Strade Bianchi, he won 21 grand tour stages, 3 grand tours, 3 climbin competitions at grand tours, 4 white jerseys at grand toura, many one week races. Cycling is much mire than fighting for yellow at the tour.

It’s refreshing when someone’s beat and acknowledges the winner, it’s not so hard either. It’s just sad and pathetic on the other hand how Visma handles it, none of it has anything to do with their legs or their performances or their injuries. It doesn’t take much to appear a humble human being, when Prof athletes are beat they give credit to their opponents and acknowledge the opponent’s accomplishments. As said It’s not that hard! If he went too hard on the climb and he climbed same speed as Vingegaard (assuming Vingegaard did not also go too deep there), then Vingegaard is as expected set up for the best mountain legs in the last week. Still hoping for Pogacar but he need more time :!
