i'm impressed at her patience. she never really lost her composture. hell, she was still smiling, even if just a nervous grin, lol.
I'm impressed with her milk bags .....
She is an incredible person and I say that with confidence from just a few minutes that I saw her here. Anybody else, including some men, would have been in tears. Wow, that was impressive Ms. Spencer.
Jim did a great job. I can totally feel for him too, it must have been so hard to do it with such a nice and sweet tennis partner.
I love seeing you guys having fun. Lara, you held up and your composure is to be commended.

if you think nick jonas doesn't have a ruthless mean streak, then you don't understand what it takes to get to where he is. this wasn't acting to him. this was just imagining the news guy as some studio gopher who just served his chai latte a bit too hot
what I got out of this was actually how genuine and nice a fellow Jim is..He tried so hard but just couldnt come across as mean. :)
Well Courier want always composed. Early in his career he was fairly volatile and some of the Europeans described him as a “redneck”. In fact he often went out to intimidate and definitely had a temper. Once he recounted an early match with an Asian player who tried to intimidate and play mind games with him, but courier just decided to fight back by becoming an even worse “monster”, screaming, shouting, emoting…. In any case he mellowed out after a few years and learned to stay more calm. Nonetheless he had a few moments right rivals like Chang, Sampras, and Agassi…. Once he tried to drill a chair umpire with about a 110mph forehand blast, but pretended it was an “accident” lol .
I think Lara was perfect. She conducted herself in a very professional manner with dignity and humor... and it was funny as hell.
John McEnroe would've been better suited for this job!

I thought this was pretty good. Credit to Jim because he got mad in a very believable way... slowly building up and asking her questions as though he is trying to contain his anger. He got coached for sure, but he pulled it off great :)
I actually think Johnny Mac would not have had as good an effect because it would not have the surprise factor.

Not a Lara Spencer fan. One morning recently on GMA she had a segment in which she was male-bashing, asserting that men were cry-babies when they are sick. She needs to attend one of my prostate cancer survivor meetings to witness first-hand the courage and strength these men exhibit every day coping with a life-threatening disease.
