- After 5 incredible weeks traveling throughout beautiful Portugal, we said goodbye in Lisbon. That's part of the reason why we decided to do all the things we wanted to do on our last 2 days in Portugal. I feel like we say this after each travel series, but Portugal really stole our hearts. It's a country we actually see ourselves living in! Yes, it's that serious!

Great video! I loved seeing the different side of Lisbon through the Quake experience. It's interesting to learn about the 1755 earthquake and how it shaped the history of not only Lisbon but also the rest of Europe. Your nerves before the simulation added to the excitement and made the experience even more real. It's wonderful to see the city coming together and incorporating science and nature into their beliefs after such a tragedy.

Hi Julie! That little bag came with my green backpack. It's from a brand called 'Doughnut' and we got it at Nordstrom. Also, it's not that great for traveling lol although it looks like it... nothing really fits in there. My phone and that's it 😂 so now I travel with one very similar to this one (amzn.to/3OiWsZ7) I got it on Amazon last year and that's the one I've been using since January and I love it! At least I can fit my phone, sunnies and small things I want to have handy, which I could not do with the green one ;) hope this helps!

at 7:16 it is not Praza but Praça ...and last, but not the least - it´s Bairro Alto, not the spanish junk pronounce Barrio Alto. We are portuguese, not spanish! Stay safe, be happy. Hope you come back!
Hey Jaime, whatever beef you guys have with Spanish people do not bring that here... we never said you were Spanish, and we did our best to honor the Portuguese and the Portuguese language which we both love. I (Aimara) am Venezuelan, and my first language is Spanish so I honestly have a very hard time pronouncing Portuguese. Imagine if you had a native speaker bullying you every time you miss pronounced a word in English (which I'm sure you do) and God forbid... in Spanish. You can't expect for people to pronounce things perfectly. Learn to be ok with people trying. Be respectful!
Why do you people have such difficulty pronouncing "bairro"? You're not in a Spanish-speaking country, just put the "i" in the right place. You already seem to have a fairly good grasp of the Portuguese language, it's not that hard.
