Can you imagine being an associate in a law firm and suddenly you get the memo that you get to sit in a mock trial between two senior partners who fight over a custody of a cat?
I was amazed they had Rick Hoffman do these scenes after finding out he's deathly allergic to cats. They'll had to have medical personnel on stand by when filming.

Brilliant acting in the scene where Louis mentions how tough it has been for him. Also , Harvey's name on the wall isn't the first thing he mentioned. He was disheartened but he respected him enough to admit that he deserved it.

It’s to refresh the show in your mind and also refresh the view count to earn new income from RUclips bud. Same reason companies now don’t upload documentaries in full, they just upload it in segments or short clips because they get more total views per minute of content + increased ad revenue for making people click and watch 15 3 minute videos instead of 1 view on a 45 minute one.
