Louis is an interesting character because while he is a weasel most of the time it is true that neither Jessica or Harvey ever recognized his contributions and only ever did so out of convenience.

Moves and counter moves. There is no one who is perfect in this show. Everyone is flawed. But that's their world. It's not black and white. Multiple shades of grey (and not just their suits).

Because people love the overly fantasized character that are Harvey and Mike, Louis is more relatable and made the show what it is. He is the best. Unfortunately the development of his character was a mess, it didn't helped people to like him more. The actor -Rick Hoffman- is amazing !
