  • Do you want a wider ballroom frame? If so, start with this exercise to activate the right muscle group!
    To have a wide ballroom dance frame, your shoulder blades need to be in the correct position. To achieve this, your Serratus Anterior needs to be activated.
    Use this modified pushup exercise to learn how to activate your Serratus Anterior, and dance your Scapula (shoulder blade) out of a winged position and into the correct activated position.
