Hi. Can you do a clips of body practice for sholder and back practices to do head up, long back and flexible sholders?

Do I always try to touch shoulderblades as much as possible without pulling elbows to the back? Is that correct?
Is it the same for female?

Hello Jaycel, thank you for your feedback. In this video we were more focused on the man's frame to create a solid foundation.

That is left over from the old days, when the men did all the talking.

That's very unfair. Anyway, my experience is that ladies do far more talking
I think the man's frame is much🎉 more important. If the man has a poor frame, it's almost impossible for a lady to have a good frame. Men lead because their position is more upright, they are generally taller, so can see the space ahead of them, and are usually more powerful. This isn't a male/ female conflict thing, it's just fundamentals. You rarely see a tall lady dancing with a significantly shorter man. I'm tall and have danced a bit with a taller lady, and I must say, very powerful lady. It was difficult, even though I'm an experienced competitor. Finally, can I just make this comment on dance Competitions. They show an artificial side of dancing, and should be re-named posture Competitions. As Bill Irvine once said " there are three important things in dancing, posture, posture, and posture."

My experience is that people come in different sizes outside the competition.
Then either women want to lead or hang themselves and let the man do all the work. And also majority of men suck at dancing because they were told it's a gay sport. I think, it is mostly because of lack of dance education, it should be mandatory at school during art or music classes.
      Society teaches women either
/1/ to be strong and independent, to lead
      or
/2/ to be fully provided by men
Both those options suck in partnership especially in ballroom dance, we should help each other.
