Ann Guilbert sounds so different than she did as Yetta.
@Michael Wong True, they were actually only 4 years apart even though they played mother and daughter.
She has always been a character actor
She is that brilliant that she really makes yetta so believable
Usually peoples voice's stay virtually identical as they age, unless they smoke. Ever hear Lucille Ball's raspy voice from smoking as she aged?
😳😳😳my face when I first heard her voice
The entire cast was soooo funny, what an ensemble!
The Nanny was snubbed of so many Emmy's, but the competition was intensely strong.
Two of my favorite Nanny characters. They always made me laugh. So sad how life works, and how we will start losing these amazing actors of The Nanny. RIP Ann Guilbert.
And Elizabeth Taylor sounds like a horrible person.
Actually, those stories of Liz were from an episode, she was a very good person and a great friend to Michael Jackson
@@joeyscerbo7776 Exactly! Also, as she was known for her phenomenal jewelry collection, among other things. Its safe to assume that she probably had hundreds of people who asked her to take off her rings, necklaces, etc., for them to try on. Good on her for having boundaries! It was her jewelry! If she doesn't want to take it off, and let others try it on, that was her prerogative.

Yetta's personality is what every human being should aspire to!
She is so contented with herself and I love it!!
Oh my goodness. I laughed so hard listening to these two. You can tell they both have a great sense of humor.
omgosh they are great! Funny as hell, lol!
Ann, one of the effortless comics on any show she was on. What an actress holding her own on DVD Show every week.
Two classics they were cast perfectly cast
I didn't know her daughter is hailie Todd the mom from Lizzie McGuire
Renee Taylor and Ann Gilbert were priceless in this series!
The "Syl-Vi-A" thing was,of course, written into an episode.
bahaha, René's dry humour is the best!!! those stories she mentioned all appeared in The Nanny, too ;)
Renee Taylor is just about the century's funniest woman! She is funny in herself!
The look Ann makes at the ring story 😂
loved the The Nanny, RIP Ann Guilbert
Aww 🥰 these two were incredible, just as funny in an interview as they were on the nanny. Loved watching both of them
Love these two ladies ❤
These are my fave TV characters EVER!!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Oh Ann you were such a joy
Two legends, one iconic show. Love ❤️
Loved these two Nanny characters & adored these actors! 💕
Two awesome ladies ♥️🙏
Wonderful ladies. Ann is dearly missed
I think that would be because they wanted to make her look way older on The Nanny show, but she's actually 5 years older than Renee Taylor...
Pure talent! 😍😍 Anne RIP my dear 😔
It was a big surprise to learn that she isn't a New Yorker, because even in the Dick Van Dyke Show she had a sort-of New York accent (as Millie Helper who lived in New Rochelle).
It always makes me do a slight double-take when she pronounces a Hard Mid-western Letter "R" when she's being herself.
I just love her, she's so talented.
GuinnevereB she from the The Bronx. She a New Yorker.
Charles Hall according to Wikipedia, she was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on October 16, 1928. She attended high school in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. So no, she’s not a New Yorker.
Gawd I loved that show, especially these two actresses and the characters they played. I always thought that they should have spun off Sylvia, Yetta, Morty and Lainie Kazan's character of Frieda when the Nanny ended. Those four could have moved to Boca. Fran Drescher could have made guest appearances.
The woman who played grandma Yetta would be AMAZING as Juno in Beetlejuice!
She's dead though.
The things with Renee were just part of episodes, like with Elizabeth Taylor or pronunciation of her name. She must have told the story so many times over the years, she forgot.
Dolcissime Riposi in pace Yetta!God bless you from Italia ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
I LOVE these Two! ❤️❤️❤️
I love that Ann put on a Yetta wig for this 😆
beautiful ladies need more like them NOW!!!!!!
May she rest In peace forever my grandma Yetta aka Ann Taylor
It's hilarious to hear Ann talk instead of Yetta.
Lady’s I love you - you guys so amazingly funny
I loved this show
i love them so much!
Greatest actress.
OMG Yetta did not really age compared to Sylvia. Love them all!
nim 20092011 because yetta played older than she actually was lol.
nim 20092011 probably because they put a lot of makeup on Ann to age her to be Yetta on the show.
They were four and a half years apart in age.
Awesome!
Love them 🥰🥰❤️❤️🌟🌟
Ann Guilbert will always be Millie Helper to me!
Two Divas!!! 👏👏👏
True actors
I’ve never been so surprised with actors not sounding like a character I know them best for as much as the Nanny. Lol Daniel Davis(Niles) is actually from Arkansas with a slight southern twang in is voice. Now Gandma Yetta 😂😂😂 i feel so lied to lol
I'm i missing jalapeño nachos for this..😁😁??
One of my favorite lines!!!
"I am missing Jalapeno Nachos for that moron!" 🤣🤣
Quick get me my medicine lol it’s the one clip I watch over and over 😆😆😆😆
They made the show good.
Yetta hasn't aged AT ALL. How is this possible???
She was 4 1/2 years older than the woman who plated her daughter.
She wasn't actually that old in yhe show
Ich liebe die Nanny
Lauren Lane who played C.C. Babcock on The Nanny said that Elizabeth Taylor didn't have a diva attitude so when I heard them talking about her I was a bit confused.
Where i can watch this outside the US?!
En väldigt bra intervju tycker jag också väldigt bra gjort 👄👄👅👅🧡🧡✌✌👍👍😎😎🤗🤗
the interview was in 2011
What year was this?
LOVE YOU GUYS "FUNNY FUNNY individuals ?!
So funny !..🎃
me too
yeta good personage.
Did Ann Guilbert do an accent for The Nanny?
chlobosumm4 yes and she played an olderrrrrrr grandma than she actually was
She had her natural New York accent, like the star of the show.
@@bulldogbrower6732 She was doing something called acting.
She pronounces her Rs in real life
L O V E !
Does anyone else see them as future Trixie and Katya?
They were only born 5 years apart? Wow
Sylvia (Silvyugh) lol
Too short, please!!!
