And, Gracie's saying "well see each other at weddings and, G-d forbid, funerals."i love how they had the youngest pick up more of her Jewishness; which makes perfect sense because Fran would have been there in her most formative years. Brighton (aka Schmooy) picked up some and connected with Yetta (splitting money from his Bar Mitzvah was hilarious). Maggie absorbed the least. Remember when Fran tried to guilt Maggie about living with her boyfriend? She informed Fran that "Jewish guilt didn't work on a shiksa".

I am Torah observant many don't know that the Messiah is the walking talking breathing torah that gives life to all men who put their trust in him .
Everything in the torah leads to our faith in the Messiah .
Like the Jewish feast God never did away with him even though we are told by men that he did but I encourage everyone if they are followers of the Messiah to read Zachariah 14 because when he returns after all nations rise against Israel he was establish his kingdom , and those who were obedient to him that were called out from the Nations will keep a Jewish feast with him .
The Messiah welcomed all those to the wedding supper that put their trust in him and is obedient to his word to come and keep a Jewish feast with him the feast him .

Also, the fact she plays tapes of their late mom when they feel sad is such a sweet move on Fran's part, which makes her a great stepmother for these kiddos

That is why he is calm & collective to make them understand that Fran is not a bad influence nor a worthy choice of a mother figure, but the Grandchildren stepping up to defend her side was enough proof to show she means well and want no bickering nor ill speech of a new family member being a welcome to them. Over all, rich snobs are naturally judgemental, therefore give them enough time to realize they make an ass of themselves before seeing the actual picture, than to give off a small look to it to really express in what you are seeing.
