Craigslist, eBay, local flea markets, Facebook marketplace... There are online auctions such as auctionzip (dot) com. The rare spinning wheels pop up every once in a while.

I’ve got a wheel just like yours. It’s a flax wheel. That’s why the orifiche is on the side.Does yours have a date? My wheel is from 1859
