The Monte Carlos from the late 70's to mid 80's...are beautiful cars and my 1st car was a beige 1982 ...thanks for sharing the video footage of your car!

Perfection is the enemy of progress. Don't worry about a stray flaw here and there.
Your back panel you had issues with needs a 2 part catalized urethane primer, sand it down with 180 give it a few thick coats and let it sit overnight before sanding and respraying.
I came up doing lowrider builds in a little garage like this, get you some good airflow in that place man.. my lungs are paying the price for the things i did when i was your age
Black is not a fun color paint or keep clean but dang it looks good! Just think of how much fun it’s gonna be to paint “Baby” cause that’s like three times more car! 😬

I love the father son bond y’all have. Makes me wish I had this over cars lol. My dad taught me some basics and I learned more from my hot rod grandfather that owns a 57 chevy with a fully built 383 stroker but never had this type of hands on with them lol. Everything beyond the basics I learned on my own hands on.
Looks great! I like that vintage monte with the factory dark red with flake in it. That’s what a neighbor had when I was a kid. Always liked that car. It was actually the first car I ever drove. He let me drive it when I was like 13.

I really want to see more of the blazer. I think the reason why videos are not doing well is because there’s too much going on so the people that want to watch the blazer or not tuning in when normally you have one full build and it keeps people interested. I love everything you do so I’ll watch it all.

Man that thing turned out GREAT! When it comes to getting a car ready for paint; you can sand a lot with machines, but to get it all done right, nothing beats a good hand job!

Mmmm she looks so good! This is making me motivated to paint my 91 Camaro. I've been doing some body work and have a gallon of single stage black and gallon of sealer. I hope it turns out as good as the monte!
Turned out bad a$$! We redid my sons 2011 Chevy 1500 in single stage white. LOTS of wet sanding and buffing to make it look nice but so worth it.

Ok, you mentioned that you are looking for suggestions on your next project. Well from what I have seen, you might be the shop that I have been looking for, to bring my 71 four door Lincoln Continental. Ok, yes, it does not sound that big a deal, unless you have ever stood next to Her in Her 19ft long gloss black prime. Yes I said black, sorry, but Her 19ft long 8ft wide body looks so ominous in gloss black. Combine that with the fact that you could fit a compact car in Her enormous trunk!
She has been in storage in side for the last 30 years.
Looking for a new home where She will be takin care of and not chopped all up.
I love these “movie” & “TV” cars you are doing. I think you should do more.

Digging the builds. If you ever need a sunroof again and want to be slightly less controversial the mk2 VW's came with all metal sunroofs and a hand crank. Would be cool to see one of those welded into something else.
