1. One Tree Hill made history with this episode. The coda song, "Babe, I'm Gonna Leave You," by Led Zeppelin was the first time they licensed a song for network television.
2. Yes Lucas was with Brooke during the shooting episode, but Peyton was nearly dying so I give him that one.
3. Nathan's help: for this episode they ran a poll for the fans to pick what song would play at the wedding.

Sophia Bush is such an incredible actress. The tears during that scene with Lucas.. in real life the two of them were married and going through a divorce during filming around this time so she had pain to draw from. (He cheated on her in real life)
It's been a while so maybe I'm remembering it wrong but:
* Brooke is not preggers. Just a misunderstanding because of the identical purses.
* Rachel is lying about bring preggers hoping Cooper will want her.
* Hayley is pregnant.
* The renewal of vows, I think, is because they got married early, like maybe season1. Had a major falling out when Hayley decided to leave Nathan and go on a tour with some musician which she also kissed. Then came back and they went through a lot of back n forth.
* That pink kid bracelet is something Nathan gave Hayley early in their relationship.

Dan Scott is literally the biggest villain in a teen show imo like the man was on supervillain shit, ignore 1 kid his entire life abuse the other refuses to die almost kills his son act kills his brother needs a HEART TRANSPLANT and a dog eats the heart??
Dan Scott takes you on an interesting journey if you let him, he starts as an overbearing father crushed by his own failures pressuring his son into fulfilling the dreams he never could. Then he descends into a cartoon villain ultimately ending in murder. Racked with guilt you see a man struggle with his own conscience as he tries to make amends and even care for the child of the brother he murdered and is even willing to take false criminal charges to protect his son.
He confesses to murder and serves time as seemingly a model inmate
After his release he tries repeatedly to make amends with his family and forge new relationships with his sons and grandchildren even though he knows he destroyed their lives. He puts his own life at risk to protect his grandson which ends up getting him kidnapped and losing out on a heart transplant.
Angry at the world filled with spite and contempt around the circumstances that lead him to destroy his own life he storms into the sea and curses his creator in a truly powerful moment.
After failing to reconnect with his children even after displaying unconditional love for his grandchild and saving his life he returns to comic book villainous behavior and starts an exploitative talk show with a woman who went to high school with his sons before giving it all away because he realized it was wrong to profit of his mis deeds.
He starts a small diner and leads a simple life content to live out his days forsaken by family until pressed on by forces outside of his control, he persuades his daughter in law sister not to commit the same terrible crimes he did.
Again, called into action. Dan Scott accepts the call. His oldest son Nathan is taken and as if he knew all along deep down he was Liam Neeson and the action hero we all needed he becomes an action hero because that's what his family needed. He valiantly takes on the Russian mob paired only with a part time musician and movie producer he is miraculously victorious.
Although he succeeds in his mission it did not come without a cost and he is fatally injured, but not before he can fully take responsibility for his actions. No matter the circumstances that led him to murder Keith. He murdered him. He alone pulled the trigger.
As a man lies in the hospital surrounded by his family, love, hate, pity, contempt and respect. Keith appears and they are taken back to the high school hallway where both of their lives truly ended and Dan's Scott's finals word.

The car accident, how the limo, and the car are coming at each other head on, from opposite directions, never completely made sense, because all four of them were coming from the same place.... Unless, when Cooper and Rachel went back into the the limo, and Cooper took over driving, they were heading back towards where the wedding was....
I get the effect, the impact they were going for all the same.... And, logic doesn't always have a place in TV, lol...

Also, and as much as I love the character of Haley; I always thought her just standing at the end of the bridge screaming was pretty useless, lol.... But, again, it's TV, and it is a way to enhance the drama.
Oh Dan's tears are real. Probably one of the few times in his life.
Cause he's realising he killed his only brother, thinking that Keith tried to kill him. And now he knows Keith is innocent and it was actually Deb his ex wife who tried to kill him.
His twisted mind is going to haunted by a young Keith for a while. The lil boy hanging on the tree

Next one tree hill episode season 4 episode 15. This time that Peyton is mad at Brooke
Nathan wasn't trapped in the car, his uncle Cooper was. They look very similar, so at a quick glance it looks like Nathan. Nathan dove into to help break them out of the car.

She wasn't going after Lucas or was going to tell him about her feelings. She was only going to tell Brooke only because she wanted to be honest and not repeat what happened the last time. She even told Brooke that as long as them two were together, she wasn't going to say anything to him.
I wonder what was going on with casting that they couldn’t haileys parents at her wedding 😅
During this time I was on the younger side of a teenager when it aired and I had so much anger towards peyton for cheating with Lucas on Brooke in season one and then catches feelings again. As an adult I see it more for what it is but as a kid I was so bitter and mad about it lol. Still, I think they both deserve better than Lucas which I think is an unpopular opinion 😂😂
In season 1 Brooke knew Peyton and Lucas had a thing but she still pursued him, then she's shocked that Peyton still has feelings for him

Nathan and Haley got married again because they were separated for a few months because she cheated on him and went on tour. But she came back and they worked it out.

Peyton kissed Lucas when she thought she was going to die. Brooke slept with Nathan five minutes after he broke up with Peyton. Lucas always loved Peyton and always will
Even the cast said Brooke would never sleep with Nathan and that they wrote that storyline to punish Sophia bush. She said it herself on the podcast.
Also it wasn’t a planned storyline, they came up with Brooke and Nathan it was right as they were writing it so it wasn’t planned during this storyline, so Brooke wasn’t being a hypocrite at this point since the other storyline to her didn’t even exist.

So if you're not gonna watch it, maybe you could add that to your list and watch one or two random episode and... do your thing.
Why is he called Mouth?
His name is Marvin McFadden but they call him mouth in the lore of the show, Nathan during his villain phase said he had a big mouth and punched him and the nickname stuck.
Brooke also briefly calls him lips before they solidify their friendship

So is Lucas. He cheated on Brooke with Peyton. And even now... doesn't feel like he really loves her. He likes spouting sonnets under the rain but in the end he'll end up with Peyton again.
