4 decades old, but being a 2-stroke is still as good as anything made today.

Two stroke simplicity and brilliance. KTM manages to still make plenty with "cleaner" burns. If we buy them they'll make them.

Exactly the same as mine which I bought from Chattertons in Grimsby. UK bikes had chrome mudguards though. After running in, Allspeed pipes fitted, flat bars, a bel-ray sticker & I was Barry Sheene (once he'd moved to Yamaha). PJV 329S where are you?
ps the front right side fork is leaking........

If I may be so bold to point out.
The TZ125 was a single cylinder.

Based on the AS twins. A As1 based racer is the only street bike based racer. Ever to win a World championship. In the hands of Kent Anderson.

This is so awesome to see a video of an RD125. Not too many on the Tube. I am building an RD125 Cafe racer currently. The 125 has an impressive power feel. When you ride one you won't expect how really powerful the 125 is. I can't wait to get mine on the road in full cafe form factor and a total weight of 180lbs.

Hey, I own a RD 125 from 1981. Recently the stator assembly has gotten some issues and I have to get a new one. Do you have any tips on where I can get this, seen as you are in the process of builing a cafe racer? Thanks!

You're young - give it time - eventually we all yearn for what we had because the future is not better, despite what you're told. Believe me, all of us oldies by definition were young once, but you've never been old! We know stuff.
