That's just like the chicken skin fried crispy isn't it..oh my ..when I worked at Kroger's we fried alot of chicken and the skin ...I ate so much of it ..crispy..
Maybe you can tell me what this creole pork dish is.i went to Seychelles a few years ago..the little food place next door made this pork one day ..that had some kind of sauce with it . It was so good. Spices and hot. I ate every bit of it...I had heartburn so bad...but it was good...they had fresh fried chicken every day..I had that everyday too but the pork ..they only had the pork that one time..
