4:28 that's my baby yuurio from Yuri! on ice, please correct me if I'm wrong but it looks so much like him and the cute hoodie and sports jacket he uses
I'm glad that huion is getting some recognition in the artist community on YT from what i heard they've improved alot and now they have the V2 of GT-220 i plan on getting this one next month!..I'm so excited..
Very good review. I also like the fact that you mention that a monitor tablet will not magically make you good at art. When I got my first tablet I thought it would make me better, but quickly realized that I would still need to do a lot of practice. I realized that if I cannot do a good job with pencil and paper, then no tablet would make it easier.
I really like the space they give you to draw and you can see the tools really well my eyesight is not very good. I appreciate the review especially about the cables and the tilt. Your work is beautiful and thanks again for the review.
Hmmm, I have no idea if I even commented on this video ( I lost track to other Huion review videos ) But I have Bamboo Create Tablet for 3 years now, and I've been wanting to get a newer one that I can draw on screen like the Cintiq but more..."Cheaper" or Affordable, this seems affordable and cheap. Do you recommend this? or is there another alternative tablet like a Cintiq with a good price? ; u ;
Logan Cure I'm hesitant between this brand and the XP-pen, but people who don't have sponsored videos say that Huion is not worth it.. so I don't know anymore, I'm probably going with X-Pen tho
Logan Cure I bought this tablet 6 months ago and I LOOOOVE it. I had a wacom cintiq before but I only had issues.. So when I saw his review I knew I'll buy this tablet! I'm so glad that I did it :) i think it's definitly worth but you should buy an other stand
I have been wanting to get a tablet like this for years now. I always have trouble getting used to where my pen is on my screen and where it was on my tablet, yes a bigger tablet did help but I still feel like I need to be right up next to my work to get it to look how I want. also doesn't help that my digital works look nothing like my traditional stuff and I get discouraged to continue on the piece.
Hey Laovaan! So today is my birthday, and I was considering getting some art stuff with my birthday money. Would you recommend getting Copic markers or a drawing tablet first? I'm getting a few opinions, and I wanted to ask you because you draw very well with both and have a lot of experience.
thats hard... maybe a tablet...but you will need to get a program too...I dont know..i would say watercolors before you start with copics, you don't have to rebuy them that often :'D but if you decide between tablet and watercolor....maybe think about what art you like more ^-^ its a lot about motivation as well :)
I've tried working with watercolors before, and I just find paint a little difficult to work with in general... I'm just far too clumsy! I've already downloaded a free program that I saw someone else use, so I'm not worried about that... Thank you for the input! (PS - you're an amazing artist! Thanks for the reply!)
Alright I know I'm not the person you're asking for, but can I kindly squeeze in and suggest buying a tablet? Wacom tablet are decent, the one I have is $79. The reason why a tablet is better because this gives you time to work with your coloring technique and skills. Copic are pretty expensive and imo I wouldn't dare to use them until I can fully trust myself to use it wisely. As for the program, Paint tool sai is great for basic, move on to Photoshop to get more advanced in editing your drawing. Download the cracked version by finding videos on RUclips. Happy drawing!
Hello just a question, isn't it more simple if you've put the cable throw the hole in the support part? The one between the middle and the end and then connected them this way if you've got to move it doesn't matter where it goes. Thank you great video.
what's the durability of Huion drawing tablets? nobody has ever reviewed about it..really confused to buy or not if its gonna last an year only, please help
Hey there! Just wondering, you mentioned that you had to uninstall all other tablet drivers first. How did this affect your usage of your wacom tablet? Did you reinstall the wacom driver after?
I loved your review on this digital tablet. I have been looking into buying a huion graphics tablet just like this one, but I am having a bit of trouble deciding if I need to get one with a display or without one. I can draw well by eye, meaning that I can draw anything that is 2D and has visible lines that I can see to match the shape of the things I am drawing, if that makes sense. But since I am familiar with drawing on paper I am worried about buying one without a display because I would be using it like a mouse, while if I had the display it would be closer to drawing on paper. I am a beginner when it comes to digital drawing and I only do it as a moderate hobby, but I really want to get serious and get better. Which do think would work best for someone like myself?
How was the color reproduction on the tablet :O? Was the color accurate when you looked at the drawing you were working on on a different monitor/screen?
I got a huion giano, weirdly getting a tablet improved my art by a lot probably because it allowed to move the parts of the face as much as I wanted so it could always look right, which then improved my traditional art.
Does the surface feel like drawing on glass? I hope it’s not because I plan on getting one although I’m not sure if I should get Huion or Wacom hmm ;_;
Nice review, Laovaan! I'm sorry I have two questions: how precise is the tablet compared to the other ones you've used, and I noticed you were painting at an upright slant and if that made your experience uncomfortable.
+RenKohana thanks x) the Tablet is just as precise as what I am used to ^^ sometimes the Pen Buttons didn't react as fast as I would like to,but thats OK in my opinion . The slant was due to the filming process,I actually was surprised that i could do it xD but you can tilt it all the way Down :)
For the cables in the back, couldnt you just feed them over the stand through the hole near the top of the stand? My sister has a comouter screen similar to that tablet and I just fed the cables through the hole in the stand.
He stated somewhere else in the comments that the problem is still how the cables bend, because they are pretty much directed towards the table when they come out of the tablet. Otherwise, yeah that's another way to avoid the stand ^^
I have no luck with Huion. After 3 months my GT-220 got some problems. When I'm going to the edge with my pen, then it won't draw (1cm). And sometimes the pen jumps around. So if you pay cheap, you will pay twice.
After instaling the huion driver is it posible to reinstal the wacom driver without any truble with the huion driver? I want to get a Huion tablet for my work, but it is to big to bring with me to school. Because of that i need to use the wacom intuos for my work at school. Therefor I need the drivers to work together.
I've had a trust tablet for about .. 4 years now and i need a new one since this one is a little broken and it isn't that good.. I have no idea what tablet I should buy tho :II I would like to get a wacom one but i dont know which one is good?? and idk if I want a monitor tablet or a normal one.. monitor tablets seem like they would be easier to draw with but they cost alot dont they?
I want to buy one, so I can start drawing my manga, since I really struggle doing lineart. Would it be a bad idea? I'm scared that I won't be using it, but also I do nothing besides drawing on my PC... I'm really unsure since it's quite expensive. I know that you can't make my decisions, but for the ones who posses one, can you give me a feedback of your experience? I would like to know which you prefer, a normal or a tablet with monitor. :3
I have a question For a beginner, what type of wacom tablet thing should I use? As for the Huion brand, is there any sort of beginner tablet stuff? I wanna buy that since is REALLY smooth, but I have no experience in digital whatsoever and I would like to start out with something simple, any suggestions?
coopie 626 start with a free program such as krita or fire alpaca. Those two are really good, I prefer to use krita as it is easy to learn and use and has lots to offer than fire alpaca but that's my opinion. I use wacom intuos and it's very good and easy to use as well.
I think Huion iis better for beginner, because its a lot cheaper and you are not really able to feel differenes regarding the quality that much.,, maybe just heck their hompage and you will find something interesting :D
Like he said (from experience) in the video, they tend cause trouble for one another. Not sure if it's Microsoft's fault or that of the people writing the device drivers for these tablets.
i see, im asking because im currently saving up to buy this tablet monitor and planning to keep using my wacom intuos at the same time. i am a gamer as well so having many macro keys (or express keys, essentially the same thing) is beneficial for me xD thank you for the explanation.

Thanks for your answers x3 I'll consider them! Maybe I should rethink it then, though I'm still a little curious p.p Maybe I'll have a chance to test it out one day before buying
If anybody is intrested, there's another variant who has a better pen feel and 8 shortcut buttons on each side of the screen for right and left handed. It's the "XP pen artist 22E" I have one and it rocks. comparing it to a 22"cintiq I tested it's 98% of the way there. (2% is pen tilt and pen rotation)
hi everybody, next art stream will be next weekend ^-^

4:28 that's my baby yuurio from
Yuri! on ice, please correct me if I'm wrong but it looks so much like him and the cute hoodie and sports jacket he uses
Couldn't you put the caples through one of the holes on the stand so they wouldn't be under it :) ?
I'm glad that huion is getting some recognition in the artist community on YT from what i heard they've improved alot and now they have the V2 of GT-220 i plan on getting this one next month!..I'm so excited..

im so sorry even if this video was meant for a monitor tablet review all i could focus on was the badass drawing u did xD
best review and with a demo I've seen on this product!!
I really like the space they give you to draw and you can see the tools really well my eyesight is not very good. I appreciate the review especially about the cables and the tilt. Your work is beautiful and thanks again for the review.
A lot of people forget the tools don't make the artist, the practice, the hours put into the field makes the artist.
Your art is as amazing as always. Wow.
Hmmm, I have no idea if I even commented on this video ( I lost track to other Huion review videos )
But I have Bamboo Create Tablet for 3 years now, and I've been wanting to get a newer one that I can draw on screen like the Cintiq but more..."Cheaper" or Affordable, this seems affordable and cheap.

Amazing ...your artwork is phenomenal! also you really have a great voice to narrate video's..
Do you recommend this brand? I really want to change my actual tablet but the wacom cyntic is really really expensive :s , also incredible works :)
Logan Cure I'm hesitant between this brand and the XP-pen, but people who don't have sponsored videos say that Huion is not worth it.. so I don't know anymore, I'm probably going with X-Pen tho

Do you wonder if youre blind? Like for looking at something far away?
@@loverboy6149 my eye sight is actually trash and has only gotten worse but getting a bigger better tablet, better computer did help.
Hey Laovaan! So today is my birthday, and I was considering getting some art stuff with my birthday money. Would you recommend getting Copic markers or a drawing tablet first? I'm getting a few opinions, and I wanted to ask you because you draw very well with both and have a lot of experience.

Ah okay! Thank you! I'm really open for any opinion at this point :) which tablet are you talking about? It sounds pretty good to me!
Okay! Thank you again!
The Wacom Express Key remote works with that tablet, FYI.
you are amazing, i love every single artwork you make! subscribed :) really love it
Hello just a question, isn't it more simple if you've put the cable throw the hole in the support part? The one between the middle and the end and then connected them this way if you've got to move it doesn't matter where it goes. Thank you great video.

Hey I want to get one of these drawing monitors. What is the best drawing program to use for it? And love the art 👌🏼
Thanks for review! Anyway, about at 1:28, the cable should inside the hole stand instead go down through. Love your art.
Does the surface feel like drawing on glass? I hope it’s not because I plan on getting one although I’m not sure if I should get Huion or Wacom hmm ;_;
YURIO😍😍😍😍😍
I watch Laovaan because I love is art and I find him fucking adorable

does it have multi touch feature like trackpad, so you can zoom and rotate the canvas using 2 fingers ?
Huion, cool~ I use huion as well lol,it seems pretty cool! What do you usually look for in your preferred tablets?
Could we have a link as to where to buy this? Thank you!
they will propably give me one, I an add that as soon as they write me again :)
Laovaan Thank you! :)
can you put the hand on the screen while drawing?
I have no luck with Huion. After 3 months my GT-220 got some problems. When I'm going to the edge with my pen, then it won't draw (1cm). And sometimes the pen jumps around.
So if you pay cheap, you will pay twice.
Is it good for doing ink line art for a comic book?
Thank you for your honest opinion!
I have a question laovaan, would you recommend a graphic tablet or a monitor tablet for a beginner to digital art?
+Hanabi Scar a graphic tablet because if you notice that digital drawing is Not for you,you have spent a lot of Money for nothing ^^"
Laovaan thxs for the advice!
can save the paintings using the cable or a memory card?
Does this have to be connected to a computer or can it run windows by its self and act like a computer?
Alex Brownlie it needs a computer to work. It's like a monitor that you can draw on.
Nice Huion Tablet review I like it!😁
I love your art
Great review bro
I love your drawing
Hi! May i ask u about protective film? The kit included a film. Can I remove it and will the screen scratch if I remove it?
After instaling the huion driver is it posible to reinstal the wacom driver without any truble with the huion driver? I want to get a Huion tablet for my work, but it is to big to bring with me to school. Because of that i need to use the wacom intuos for my work at school. that drawing looked like ilya kuvshinov's
really? I thought more of sakimichan, I mean look at the nose
Yes I think the same! It maybe for the eyes
ikr!
+Ana Cristina Is it Just me or do they Look like guweiz somehow?
maybe... '3'
I've had a trust tablet for about .. 4 years now and i need a new one since this one is a little broken and it isn't that good.. CountessVanilla
Wacom tablets are really good from my experience
i wish to draw ^///^ or know a couple of techniques to make my drawings better ! is there a tutorial video?
whoa amazing art
what about the Color Gamut? the colors look good or bad? way off?
I want to buy one, so I can start drawing my manga, since I really struggle doing lineart. Would it be a bad idea? I'm scared that I won't be using it, but also I do nothing besides drawing on my PC... I'm really unsure since it's quite expensive.
I know that you can't make my decisions, but for the ones who posses one, can you give me a feedback of your experience? I would like to know which you prefer, a normal or a tablet with monitor. :3
Do you know if there is any express key with more shortcuts compatible with this tablet?
I have a question
For a beginner, what type of wacom tablet thing should I use?
As for the Huion brand, is there any sort of beginner tablet stuff?
I wanna buy that since is REALLY smooth, but I have no experience in digital whatsoever and I would like to start out with something simple, any suggestions?

Again, thank you!!
How much does this tablet cost?
This is not the Version 2 . Is the first version
so my question is do you NEED to connect it to a computer or can it function on its own similar to an iPad?
+Mark Le Mon you need to connect it
I like the hair of this girl. What's this drawing style called?
But the only thing its reflects on when u turn on the light.
do you have to send it back
oh wao! so nice! question? why do you use a gloves to draw :O
Kim its to prevent grease on the Screen :)
Couldn't you just plug the cables through the hole of the stand? That way there is no pressure on the wires. Just a thought...
+Merloa-1up it's Not Just the cable but the Connection that is to Close to the tablet.it forces the cable to bend
Is this compatible with Windows 10?
They sent it to you for free?
Someone tell me quick do you need a computer for a huion screen tablet
is there any reason of why we have to uninstall any other tablet driver installed prior to install this tablet monitor's driver?
Like he said (from experience) in the video, they tend cause trouble for one another. Not sure if it's Microsoft's fault or that of the people writing the device drivers for these tablets.
i see, im asking because im currently saving up to buy this tablet monitor and planning to keep using my wacom intuos at the same time.
i am a gamer as well so having many macro keys (or express keys, essentially the same thing) is beneficial for me xD
thank you for the explanation.
me encantan tus dibujos 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Hey i'm new on your Channel. And i think you sound german. Are you?
what app?
I still feel skeptical about this review. We are not shown how the first illustration developed from its sketching stage to the coloring stage. This tablet seems nice..but it would be nice to see a demo, if possible. I love your art and feel...subscribed!
thanks a lot :)
about the demo..... I was there to review it but not to sell it :'D
of course a full demo would be nice for the company , but I am not getting paid anything so there was no goal for me putting that much work in a review x'D
How much that cost?
My GT-220 decided to stop working 7 months ago, reinstalling the drivers doesnt work anymore so I'm at a loss. :')
hmm i have a question... can we human draw with drawing tablet (graphic tablet) i'm confused i tried to draw with it but it's hard i just wanna ask if anyone did it i might can do it .
Im trying to do such a review of their products in Portuguese.
Can you tell me the name or e-mail of the person you had spoken to do this review?
Thank you.
According to an other review the tablet became a pain after 3 weeks. Do an other one please after a few months.
wait I'm confused do you still need to connect it to a computer or laptop?
yes
Whoa so they gave that to you for free?
That's how reviews like that work :D.
I really enjoy your artwork! I would love it if you could make a piece featuring Hisoka from Hunter x Hunter!
Please and thank you!
how much?
I hope his newer videos has better mic quality
Im trying to do such a review of their products in Portuguese.

Super danke 😊
Cool review, maybe consider putting the cables through the top of the stand through the gap before plugging them in? Would keep them permanently above the stand...
yes ^^ you can avoid that by just putting them on the side as well :)
the more problematic thing was the bukling tho, when the cables meet the table ^^"
I'm so jelly ;A; I want to try this too xD I only have a little baby wacom tablet and am saving money for such a thing, so it might feel more like you're drawing on paper (?)
as I said in the video, it depends on your personal flow, for some people as myself intuos works better x'D and I am used to drawing on paper when it comes to traditional work, but with digital I don't feel like it x'D
I just want to say that its not going to be magical to work on such a thing :'D or in other words: there is nothing you can't do as well with a good regular tablet ;)
It's the "XP pen artist 22E"
I have one and it rocks. comparing it to a 22"cintiq I tested it's 98% of the way there. (2% is pen tilt and pen rotation)
Tu dessines trop bien pourrais tu faire lawless de servamp please
i love your videos :D
This is so amazing👀😊
that is not a V2 it is a first generation GT-220
Passing the wire through the hole of the feet and tight them with tight wrap.
que voz relaxante da porra
The stand has a huge hole to run cabled through it.
NOOOO, I WANNA SEE YURIO'S SPEEDPAINT T-T
