    What level of yoga practice should we be for this exercice? And what do are the benefits, there are so many hormones and different hormonal âge?

      Dear Yasmina, thanks for your questions, You can do this practice at any age. It is to boost the endocrine system and regulate the hormones throughout. The level is open, but if the poses seem hard, always make sure to modify them according to your needs. I also suggest that you try Yoga's hormonal balancing routines Embodied Sustenance, Glad Glands that are longer routines to benefits your glands and regulate your hormones. Namaste!

    Hello,
    I am 4 weeks pregnant, and I have hormonal imbalance issues and low blood supply so what poses should I do in pregnancy to sustain baby

      Congrats on your pregnancy! Yes you can start gentle yoga flows for the endocrine system. We have a couple on this channel. Just search for Yogea Yoga Glad Glands and Embodied Sustenance routines and Happy Hormones and you can slowly ease into that practice. But you are still in the early phase of pregnancy, so do the practices sparingly and fit to your body's needs. Have a beautiful pregnancy and a smooth and glorious delivery ahead!

      It is supposed to get you in a hyberventilation state as it tones the vagus nerve and stimulates the hypothlaamus and the production of vital neurotransmitters that get transported through the belly brain axis.
