I feel my body strong and stable after doing just 2 of your yoga classes. You are great teacher who can push your students to higher limits as your lessons require concentration, determination and discipline. Thank you for your sharing your knowledge to us. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Wow, thank you for your wonderful kind and encouraging words. I'm so glad you find my flows help you grow in so many areas. Hope you continue to enjoy the practice and my channel 🙏 Sending love 😊
Wow! I’m always looking for a good hip stretch class, and holy 🐄 cow this one was amazing. At one point I thought I would have to stop because I had a bad cramp in my right shin ( from toes to knee) after the first set of yogi squats, but as soon as we did the lizard pose on that side it went away. Ok TMI, but seriously I will save this and go back to it many times Thank you Candi
Ooo the the dreaded cramp, so glad it passed quickly with the lizard stretches. Some of those muscles may have been tired or dehydrated, they definitely got a work out with those mobility drills. So glad you enjoyed it though, that's wonderful to hear. Sending love 😊
You're so welcome, yes, I can get them too, very common, make sure you're hydrated an hour or so before a class eating a banana an hour before can help too. And remember to take it easy, the muscles may be getting tired. But that's OK, with time it will get easier and the cramps will ease off 🙃 So glad you enjoyed it though 🙌
Hi I came across your practice and gave it a go. I can't go lower in the deep squat so I did the exercise seated on a block and the frog pose is still challenging for me. I still enjoyed this practice and will come back to it from time to time.
Hey Emmaelie, thank you for choosing to practice with me. It sounds like you modified it perfectly for your body. Glad you'll return to the practice. With time your body will open up more for you 🙏
This routine was bad for me. I hurt my lombar verterbrae with the first sitting stretches. The following stretches and lifting of legs were not beneficial either. Had to stop.
Sorry to hear that, glad you stopped and listened to your body, not all flows or postures work for every body. These ones are tough and definitely very intermediate. Sending love and hope you enjoy the next 💕
Gurllllllllllll these wide legged variations 🔥...great classsss
Yay! Thank you! So glad you loved it 🙌🎉
What a great practice. Thank you!!
You're very welcome, glad it felt good for you 🙏

It was such an entertaining routine - we had only just started when it was already over. A great combination of poses. Many thanks, Candace 😘🙏🏻🧘🏼♀

Thanks for a great class! I tend to get cramps in my thighs when doing leg lifts for hip flexers.
