Hi, please can you make a full list of tools and products used in this video.
Great useful tutorials! Do you plan to change the gearbox oil on the 206? I would need it thanks
Thanks, yeah I should be doing that early in the new year
@@screwsnutsandbolts Thank you! ;)
@@screwsnutsandbolts That would be so great! Im looking forward
Hello, I just changed the gearbox oil on the 206. I'm uploading the video in the morning. Cheers
I intend to fit vented disks.
Will the stock callipers support that change?
The calipers might but they could be too thick for the caliper brackets . I'm not 100% sure, you'd have to measure them against the non-vented disks
@@screwsnutsandbolts You're right. The bottleneck is the caliper brackets.
I have a 2001 Peugeot 206 1.4i, and the new vented discs are 23 mm. The caliper brackets are between 18 and 19 mm.
I’ve installed the full 13 mm discs and new brake pads. Everything fits, but there’s no room for larger components.
09:40 is Loctite really necessary? I watched and read a lot that it’s not.
No it's not absolutely necessary on the caliper bracket bolts as long as they're tightened to the correct torque.
thanks a lot
You're welcome :)
Great video, as always.
What is the name of the tool that you use to push the piston back?
Thank you in advance.
Thanks, it's a caliper piston wind back tool kit, like this: www.micksgarage.com/d/brake-tools/products/3401566/21-pcs-brake-wind-back-tool-set
@@screwsnutsandbolts Thank you very much!

How tf do you get the new pads in. These hardware pieces are made like crap and won't push into the sockets.
