    • @fernandocornelis9397

      They didn’t do anything! Just BS. Same thing happened to me, the service adviser said the tech checked the cabin filter and it’s dirty needing replacement, yet they haven’t even opened the passenger door. I was watching them all the time while they did the oil change and that door was never opened nor anyone stayed inside the car longer than what’s needed to pop up the hood and reset the oil life indicator.
      I confronted the service adviser saying that it takes a lot more than a Honda Civic to get to the filter, how come the tech was able to check it that quickly? and he said “No, all you have to do is open the glove compartment and push on the tabs to access the cabin filter like any other car”. I know that’s the case on Gen1 but as shown on this video, not the case case for 2016+. They lie to get more money.
      Don’t even get me started on the cheap oil filter they are using and who knows what kind bulk oil. Now they trying to push the intake cleaning service for carbon deposits which is nowhere indicated on the car maintenance schedule.
      From that day on, I do all of my maintenance like I always have on all of my cars. I know the filter is due, yes. But I can’t stand the dealer BS.

    • @rubylady7126
      @rubylady7126 2 года назад
