You transfer directly from boiling to fridge? You don't allow to cool first on the counter? Must be a heck of a good fridge to be able to take that heat.
No they sit on the counter for awhile and then when they are mostly cooled they are put into the fridge. Sometimes when your doing video you forget to say things. My videos have no script they are entirely off the cuff. Thanks for the heads up I cut that part out!
