How Does a Car Become 200$?

With the car market day, can you really be picky? I mean, I would buy a stolen car if I didn't know and it was in good condition for a good price. This is hypothetical. I am saying I wouldn't know, and you shouldn't tell me. So if you have a car that is stolen that you want to sell me, especially if it's under 50k miles, gets good gas mileage, and is blue, DON'T TELL ME. But, if it's stolen status is unknown, like a good old Schrödinger's cat, you can sell it to me, as long as you don't open that box. Will pay in cash.
