I mean this video was helpful on telling me how to open the laptop but what happened to cleaning it? He just blasted it with air, genuinely I would at least give a closer look and reapply the thermal paste

I mean I just looked on Amazon, max specs are 32GBs of ram, I would go for integral or crucial just because I’ve had good experiences with both, also I get this comment is a yr old I just thought bout sharing what Ik.
For the SSD I’m only familiar with SATA III so I’m afraid I can’t help you with that 😅
