Hi Arif! Thank you very much for the tips. I have one doubt. During days 11-20 should we be doing everything you suggested to do from day 11-20 plus everything you suggested to do from day 1-10? And then during day 20-30 should we do additionally everything from day 11-20 and from day 1-10 Just wanted to make sure. Thanks again!
