It would be nice to have them on a CD along with their number one songs 're released. Miss the late Mr. Phil Everly...RIP Phil. And God Bless Mr. Don Everly. Miss those days and their awesome one of a kind harmony music style. Always beautiful.

'Noone Can Make My Sunshine Smile' is one of my favourite Everly songs. Their vocals are simply brilliant and Earl Palmer's drumming memorable.
Never heard the Brothers sing Chains...but you can see how the Beatles were influenced by them...SIGNIFICANTLY!!!

Gracious me... deep emotion on hearing these rarities. Who could ever harmonise like The Everly Brothers - total perfection. So many bands and groups throughout the years have been influenced by them so young musicians - liste and learn!. Many thanks Erik Tielman for posting this for us to enjoy.
'Little Hollywood Girl' was a song the Evs really liked but despite many really good takes, doing it in different ways, they never thought they'd got it right - wrongly in my view. Any one of them would have been a hit.

I had The Crickets recording of "Little Hollywood Girl"..it was ok,but too much bubblegum, not as good as the flipside "Parisian Girl"
"When Snowflakes Fall In The Summer" was originally recorded by Julie London on Liberty. The boys often hung around Liberty and also borrowed "Little Hollywood Girl" from The Crickets, "I Can't Say Goodbye" by Bobby Vee and "He's Got My Sympathy" from Gene McDaniels, all produced by Snuff Garrett. This one isn't quite as good as Julie's original, however it's not far behind.
