3 parts of this movie that really make me crack up laughing are:
    1. When Carter starts dancing like Michael Jackson in the middle of the street after blowing the car up
    2. When Lee and Carter are bonding and practicing disarming techniques while Edwin Starr's song "War" plays in the background
    3. When Carter says "I know that ain't the bomb. Get that bomb away from me." Towards the end

And trust me, the blooper reels for the remaining two movies are just as funny when it comes to the slip-ups with the dialogue.

Well, Hong Kong audiences in general were disappointed b/c Jackie's action scenes were held back by Brett Ratner (and Hollywood insurance policies). In the RH2 DVD, the director said that Americans don't like long fight scenes. Yet The Matrix (choreographed by Yuen Woo-ping) was already a hit by then.

The long awaited introduction to Jackie Chan! And I enjoyed very much how much fun the three had with this movie. The other parts of the series are very good as well, so there's something to look forward to.

After they finish the rush hour trilogy i suggest those films to keep going: Shanghai Noon, Police Story (3 films, all of them are great), Armour of God, Rumble in The Bronx, Miracles, City Hunter, Wheels on Meals, The Drinken Master (2 films), Who Am I and many others. He probably made more then 1000 films and many are great.

They realized that Jackie Chan does all his own stunts. They might be interested to learn about stunt men who perform dangerous stunts so the actor doesn't have to do them.
I really think they should watch the documentary: David Holmes: The Boy Who Lived, an @HBO Original Documentary which tells the extraordinary story of Daniel Radcliffe’s (Harry Potter) stunt double and their lasting friendship. David was permanently paralyzed during a stunt for Harry Potter.

Yes Jackie Chan has many fans, he made plenty of action movies in Chinese. Police Story and its sequels are some of the most famous.
Chris Tucker has been in a few big movies. The Rush Hour movies, The Fifth Element (with Bruce Willis) and Friday with Ice Cube.
The guys should check out Friday. It is a comedy.

When they have questions about cultural references you should explain. When Jackie said the N word in the movie its because it is an offensive word due to its roots going back to slavery. Black ppl have taken back the word as a term of an endearment (which I don't agree). So anyone outside the African diaspora who says that to us it is offensive. So when Jackie said it he didn't know any better because Chris Tuckers character told him "Do as I do".
    enjoyed it overall.

My Sarru!!! I miss him all the time. Obviously Sarru, Babu, Aman, and Raju are the ones you want for musicals. Hopefully more people will get it through the idiots heads that they don't need to cut the OG as someone called them out. How Raeen became a favorite over them I have no idea. But I've always thought that in addition to this white boy fixation they have, there's also a taking up for family element. I just don't understand how that psychopath was ever a part of this without him being related to someone there.
It's hilarious hearing someone as tiny as Sarru speak about Jackie Chan being short! Watching them doing the dances and singing was priceless.
I'm not knocking Raeen btw. I do love him too. But they all have different strengths and everything isn't his. I see nothing wrong with letting the others shine.
Hope to see more musicals with the chosen 4 soon. Movies and music are pretty deeply integrated now. Disney, Pixar, and Dreamworks.
or adult ones like Beaches, Romeo and Juliet, Heathers, Mortal Kombat, Grease, Bad boys. There's just no shortage of places to go that don't involve white boy stupid.

    Hi guys,
I enjoy your videos, but as an explanation of America for your "everywhere there is a china town" comment. America takes about 1 million immigrants every year, many times in waves from countries or regions around the world. They many times settle in the same area of America, and those places get labeled as Chinatown or I'm my area Greektown. They are sections of a city that cater to specific ethnicities, almost a home away from home.

Imagine trying to explain what's offensive AND funny about a black American being called "my nigga" by an Asian man in LA in the late 90s, to an Indian in 2023. Holy cow, where do you even begin? lol
