vaise toh first month se Yoga karna chahiye. Do yoga gentle dont rush for any asana pose. Lekin agar mind mai bahut jyada doubt hai yoga ke liye aur wo doubt khatm nahi ho raha toh 4th month se start karein 1st trimester avoid karein
Whole pregnancy vajrasana can be practiced, 9 month and onwards some women feel discomforts as of large belly weight or edema issues.... But dont practice it if you feel discomforts or pain in ankle knee area or any other area
