Probably. Tomei is notorious for being loud exhausts. However, they do come with silencers so you can use that if you feel your car is too loud after you install it!

I got pulled over like 5 days before the new law passed and the officer told me I need to fix it but so I fixed it back to stock then I found out that he put it as non correctable so I went to chp and he stamped and told me I need to go to court still and pay a fine and I’m not sure if the new law applies to me or not because I got it before it passed

If he marked it as non-correctable then you will just need to pay the ticket off, I believe. We're not 100% sure if the court requires some proof of correction or not. Please keep us all updated on the situation!
