    Great video! I didn't even go through the assembly instruction book. When I decided to get this model, all I gone through was this video to prepare myself to assemble. I started assembling, seeing this video, at 4:30 pm and done by 7:30 pm, took 3 hrs to put it together since I was doing it alone and slowly to make sure I am not skipping any steps. Came up perfectly with all the parts needed and made my assembly easy! Thank you very much!

    I was 99% done but the bottom cable is too short. Only way I can connect it has the top weight suspended rather than resting like the rest of the weights, is that normal or do I have an issue?

    • @MarcyFitness
      @MarcyFitness  3 месяца назад

      Hello @jaqueezy33 - thank you for reaching out to us. This can occur when the cable is too short (manufactured incorrectly.) However, the more common occurrence is the cable is not drawn through the machine correctly (take a wrong turn, a bracket is backwards, etc.)
      Please reach out to our qualified reps at marcypro.com/support - if possible, when opening a ticket, please attach an image of the side of the unit and a rep can help you from there.

    I was putting it together and when I finished the ropes weren’t retracting and when I looked in the book and in the video part 39 and 40 weren’t mentioned

    • @MarcyFitness
      @MarcyFitness  Год назад

      Hello - thank you for reaching out to us. Part 39 and 40 are used to lock the plates in to place, which can be added after the rest of the assembly is complete. It shouldn't impact the movement of the cables however.
      Please open a ticket at marcypro.com/support and they'll be able to help figure out why the cables aren't retracting.

    • @MarcyFitness

      Hello @Wanda Morse - Thank you for reaching out to us. We generally recommend having 2 feet of space around any unit in order to have the space to easily move around the unit as needed.
      In addition, you would be unable to put the unit completely against the wall as you need access to the back of the unit to change the number of plates being used.

    Friends at Marcy: I’m 5’11” and buying a Marcy Home Gym, 300 lb. stack (MWM-7454). I understand that the lat pull-down will not give me quite a full range at my height. Q: Is there an adjustment to the machine - e.g., raising it a couple of inches on a solid foundation of 2x4s - that it will allow me the full range of motion on the lat pulldown? Thanks!
