You say man is the head of the house and I concur yet you say a woman can be a pastor that is contradictory to what God says.
By staying that man leads in family than the woman can’t be a pastor because she would be creating conflict in the home.
But maybe you have asked God forgiveness to lead people against the word of God that a woman can be a pastor. I pray that you have because God never made any agreement with the Levite’s woman could be a priest he did agree men as pastors
