I tried the translab chocolate 2 scoops it made me gaggy and gassy. dymatize chocolate 2 scoops somehow went down nicely, I was burping a few times but it stayed down and it didn't make me gagged..
From my experience most people use protein powder shakes to get the rest of their daily protein intake without the extra added calories. Therefore reaching their daily intake protein goals while still being in a calorie deficit, as opposed to eating another meal packed with calories just to get some more protein
I'm currently using this and I've decided that I'm going to change it and I think you should too. The reason is because gold standard has artificial flavors in it and acesulfame potassium which isn't good for you. Yes it has a decent amount of protein in it and whey isolate as the primary source but this is at a cost. It's not the worst out there but it's not the best either. Hope this helps
Awesome video! Saved me a lot of time in finding the best protien for me.
Farm Fed by Axe and Sledge?
The link only discounts the gourmet chocolate. Is there a discount code for the peanut butter chocolate?
