I've been wanting to shoot my shot on this for years but as wreckless or whatever as it seems, I waited, I went to school, got my degree, job my job, got my experience, saved my money and I just kinda realized life goes on and there isn't a perfect time to make the switch - all things considered, I'm 100% happier, all I gotta do now is make a living (: thank you for checkin this out king ❤️
Sounds like it was worth it. I have a bunch of friends in CA (I live in MA)...I’m fascinated how people thrive off of even $85k (admittedly he seems young) in CA. Sounds like he made the right gamble.
I hope you make it as a RUclipsr , seems like people in the comments are worried about you. I would have definitely saved my money and started my RUclips channel. I am cheering for you.
Wow! Quit his job in the Bay making 85k a year which is pretty much below the poverty line in regards to the Bay areas cost of living. Definitely ballsy but I'm assuming you live at home right? If not, than that's nuts because living out of an S2k would be so uncomfortable 🙃. Coming from an s2k lover and previous owner of 5-S2000s myself, the least you could do is pop some VTEC for your reveal my man! Tisk Tisk.... then maybe I can see following you. Until then no lol 😆. It's the least you can do. Stock Vtec from inside the car is actually pretty dope (crisp audio). Give the people what they want!
I live in SD and I rent a room in a house, I don't live out of the S LOL maybe if I had an evo or something with a little more room I'd probably try it... you can live in a race car, but you can't race a house
Subscribed! Good for you, dude. More power to you. I wish you the best of luck. I've been stuck at a soul-sucking job for 21yrs now and have daydreamed about doing what you're doing with my 06 s2k...especially now that I'll be moving to San Diego some time this summer. If I didn't have a family to provide for, I'd do it too!! Good luck👍
thank you seriously for taking the time to comment this... nothing in life motivates me more than seeing these exact words, I'm glad to know you've got the support from your family to get you through it, thank you for the subscription, welcome to Daygo!
An that's your average College students for you. Leave a $85k a year job these to make bro videos yelling " Smash that like button" & " Send it!" 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
what's more average? working a job you don't like to live a lifestyle you're not happy with? or risking it all to chase a dream? havent gotten around to telling anyone to smash the like button or send it, don't think I plan to either but if you feel inclined the support is appreciated, my king 👑
@@jaelnava_ In the video he NEVER said that he didn't like the job from what I heard. But best of luck to this kid getting the RUclips checks at 55 🤣🤣🤣. I heard of people risking it all and then working at a worse job then they left and not being able to retire do to they didn't pay into Social security... But hey what do I know. I Never invested into biticoin 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
@@MattMatt77 just because you don't dislike a job doesn't mean you think about doing something else! thats what dreams are for if you're waiting around on social security to carry you home you've probably got bigger things to worry about but since you're curious I rolled over my 401K and I maxed out my Roth IRA contribution for 2021 at 6,000 USD I chase dreams but I'm not a dummy 🤙🏼
It's good that people that make good money quit and move on to fulfilling they childish dreams on cars that are worthless to future. Now someone else gets the great opportunity to fulfill they need. Thanks
It's the blingy, more kitsch way around having stiffer engine mounts... and even for those, I don't like going with durometers too much stiffer than stock, unless it's a race car. Just sayin.
And if the engine damper is actually stiff enough to hold the engine from vibrating or twisting, that's like having solid engine mounts at that point. Except with the latter, you're at least holding the engine at a position where it's designed to be held at, not at the top of the head or wherever. And if the damper isn't stiff at all, then what's it really doing? At the end of the day, engine and tranny mounts are the more proper solutions IMO.
extremely ballsy not trying to get more established before making the fulltime switch, but as long as he's happy, good on him!

@@jaelnava_ for sure man. Glad you're happy with it, that is 100% the most important thing. Dropped you a sub too. Here's to the future *cheers*

I'm not 😂 why do you think I've been on leaking struts for the last 30k miles

Chemistry between you guys is top notch
