You are standing in the middle of a homeless camp. What did you think was going to happen? Leave those people alone. If they want help they will go out on the highway. You are a problem they will show you the way out. Would you want homeless people to stumble on to your property and dump your rain water. Read the room or in this case "read the camp". Go away
How did you not know? The wages are so low and rents continue to rise. Plus if you have been in any trouble you can't rent. You are in Palm Coast if you are between st. Aug and Daytona. This is quickly becoming the norm everywhere...
it seems like people ended up here after leaving NOLA because of Katrina. families were just dropped of of busses onto I95 and I10... literally on the side of the road. these busses were supposed to bring the survivors to shelter.

Thats what they were called during the previous great depression when monopolists could raise prices and depress wages until only the rich could live indoors.
Decades ago people didn't need to be homeless. They had what they called "POOR HOUSES" in the country. Why don't they just buy a failing hotel and use it to offer shelter and sources. There's enough abandoned and unwanted properties that should sell to the county. Why not just do this?
the county wont get their property taxes and theyll evict them back to the streets. Property taxes are one of the primary causes of homelessness - its free to stay in abandoned buildings, while the govt takes most all your money if you own it and improve it. Property taxes on abandoned buildings in my city start at 500/mo and go up if you improve the property. and many have "back taxes" if for some reason you want to buy one

We have the same problem as Seattle and Portland.. you just can’t see it 😊
By "problem", are you referring to the poor, or to the employer who doesn't pay enough to rent an apartment?

Only that was 20 years ago... maybe some people are there because of that but highly doubtful they are there because of the current administration!!!!
I would say this is expected behavior for a society that doesn’t protect its people
Man you are on it and in it and one brave soul 😘 I applaud you and Asked GOD to bless and keep you safe ❤
I was thinking that water bucket was a home made cooler as its insulated, but it could be something nefarious who knows

The homeless only go to their tent late at night
Because they work low wage jobs in the daytime

Are you afraid of snakes? At least fear the germs. Please wear gloves.
Afraid? No. Concerned? Yes. I grew up near the Everglades.. i like snakes
It's winter time in Florida, the snakes aren't as active like the warmer months
Are you afraid of being shot or stabbed if someone catches you in their camp?
Conceal carry bro
Leave them alone! They need help
How will we be able to help someone when we don’t even understand the situation?

You must be new. Jose does bring cases of water to the homeless
He has purchased first aid supplies as well as food

I think they would be dangerous if they catch you in their camp shooting a video.
The camps inside highways are very dangerous for a few reasons I didn’t get into all the way. If you think its not your unawareness
