    I hope they find a place. It's criminal what's going on with everything . The high rents and then making it illegal to be homeless. But it is an evil system we live in

      Miami has always had rampant homelessness. They stay well-hidden most of the time. A favorite haunt is under the city's and county's many bridges. Also, municipalities in Florida arrest a lot of homeless and put them in their jail/prison system. Many just threaten the homeless and drive them out of their towns. They even ship them to other states as part of their political grandstanding. At least in California most cities try to accommodate the homeless, many of whom are from other states. God bless California.

    I have a friend in a low income county in Florida.. she was a widow with 2 kids. She was paying $750 rent. Landlord raised it to $1900. No way could she pay that & she would always pay her rent before it was due. Talk about greedy!! She gave her 30 days to accept it or move out. There was no place to go because everyone was buying everything up when the interest rate was 3.5 %.
    She is paying $1100 for a run down place. I felt so bad for her. She was a straight & narrow type of lady. Was a good neighbor & everyone liked her. I do believe in karma.
    I literally want to tell the landlady a piece of my mind!!

    • @sleeplessaquarius
      @sleeplessaquarius 13 часов назад +1

      You should definitely tell her . We should get her address, or social media, & we can ALL tell her . People like that landlady are the reason a lot of people end up homeless .

      Ur correct. Rent can’t double overnight. That’s illegal lol. Sounds like an excuse made up to cover the fact they’re homeless cuz they’re drug addicts

    forgot this house we defintily had a mortgage with low interest my hubby had super credit. he always stayed with in his means before we got married. and still does. bless his heart. pay your bills and live within your means to keep a good credit score you never know when you might need to borrow for a emergency.

    • @sleeplessaquarius
      @sleeplessaquarius 13 часов назад

      💯 On keeping a good credit score . I had to have $23K of emergency plumbing done on my house . I had to do something asap .

    • @deannanance8843
      @deannanance8843 12 часов назад

      Borrowing money is great when you have to do it ,but now you have to make enough money just to live month to month. You can have great credit, but you have to have good income to maintain that great credit. You have to save money for emergencies, and that is getting harder for people to do unless you make a good amount of money.

    I promise you that women could EASILY get a job with her knowing and speaking 8 languages. There is a HUGE demand for people that speak 3 languages let alone 8. So many government agencies would snag her up in a heart beat. I knew someone who spoke 4 languages(uncommon ones at that) and she got hired within a week. She had no idea she was that valuable in the workforce until i told her to apply.

    Two people can both get a full time job making 15 an hour at McDonald’s. That’s 30 an hour. 240 a day. 5 days a week is 1200. After taxes that’s about 1000. So 4000 a month. That’s plenty to get a 1 bedroom apartment and utilities and food. So I don’t buy their excuse

      And if they truly have debilitating diseases that stop them from working they would both get approved for social security disability.

    they seem like nice folks, hope they can find a place maybe find some friends to double up in a house maybe so they can share the rent? when we got married 33 years ago we bought a house we did not want to rent, he had a house already and it was paid for older house that was cheap, but we sold it cheap, and bought this place and it was 60,000 with 3 acres outside of the closest smaller city and we fixed it up as we had the money. it took 10 years of borrowing to fix the house up to being a functional and livable but not fancy home. we are now saving for retirement. not sure where we will be going I would like to move out into the country to a small house with a little bit of land where taxes are cheap.

    Can you stop taking over your guests ? And please let them finish their sentence. Also, you talk more than listen, which doesn’t make for the best interview.
    The gentleman in this video talked about his sister being murdered, and you didn’t even ask him anything about it.
    That kind of conversation makes for a good interview, and you blew it.

    More tattoos can only increase your fitness for a particular purpose, i.e., a full-time job. When will that idiotic fad end?
