May she rest in peace. I see a difference in your comparison pics where thickness and length is concerned. I am wearing twists as well and I am 2 months in. Always enjoy your videos... simple, relatable and you're straight forward. Keep up the good work
I am so sorry for the loss of your grandmother, and all the business you had to handle during your time of grief while starting a new job. You didnt owe us an explanation, but I appreciate your honesty and vulnerability. New subbie here.
You talked about her passing with such strength. I’m really sorry for your loss and I pray that you continue to feel the strength and the peace you demonstrated in this video ❤
Great progress! You can use your elbows to track your progress. In the July 2021 photos your hair looks to be about 3-4 inches past your elbows. In the October 2022 photos your hair is about 5-7 inches past your elbows. Those are the longest lengths. But the real STAR of your hair growing process are the sides of your hair. Those sides look you've gained some weight 6 inches or more at every layered section. Almost all the hair that was above your yellow sleeves has grown to or past your sleeves. That's a lot of growth. Your hair looks like it is dropping in length in every section of your hair: back, side, top and front! Continued Happy Healthy Hair Growing!
I leaned into mini twists bc it was the natural style that most closely mimicked my straight hair…literally same ease of styling…but i could blow it dry after workouts and it allowed me to go 3-4 weeks between washes where as straight hair is about two weeks. I install super mini twists (look like starter sister locks) on blown out hair then i curl the ends at the end. I usually keep them in for 4 weeks. Redoing the perimeter every two weeks. Also…yoga can help ur wrist and hands!
Yes to the hair natural series. There are a lot of us that are transitioning or doing both, curly and straight more often and no longer want to be afraid of hair damage or “texture changes” I just want to wear my hair however floats my boat for the week ❤😅
I'm sorry to hear about your Grandma 😟I'm glad she got to pass peacefully ❤ For the carpel tunnel you might want to look into some finger & wrist strengthening exercises so it doesn't get progressively worse. It's nice seeing you posting again. Hair looking good as always ☺!
1st off my condolences to you & your family I’m sure your grandma was a great person and again thanks for sharing so many great things on how to take care of your hair how often while having the twist do you recommend washing per week and how did you do the twist?
May your grandmother's soul forever comfort you💗i understand it's unbelievable when a loved one departs from this life here on earth. Any advice as to how often i should wash my 4B hair?
Nice growth❣️I’m new to techniques, so Thanks for your tips! You can better measure your hair by your Elbows, which Never change. Lol. Wearing white helps too.
My husband has the exact same breathing problem, can’t catch his breath because he has Covid twice and also has asthma. He takes Advil cold and sinu. Do you take something similar and what has been helping so far, just curious. Thanks in advance Sorry for your lost😢
The cough was the worst part for me. I usually don’t take medicine but I eventually gave in. I was using a combination of Mucinex and DayQuil/NyQuil . I also was eating Ricolas. As long as I wasn’t coughing I was good. Thanks 😊

Deepest condolences to you and your family. May you be able to receive comfort from Almighty God’s ability to resurrect loved ones to life of perfect health in the future. John 5:28 (New World Translation) I hope you are able to feel better soon with your physical condition also.
If your carpal tunnel syndrome gets worse, you may need to get surgery. But if you stop doing whatever it is that is causing it, you may prevent it getting worse and it may actually go back to normal. I'm not a medical professional, I'm just speaking out of experience.
❤I’m so sorry about your grandma’s situation. May her soul Rest In Peace
Thank you🙏🏾

Do you think deep conditioning in your twists was any different from deep conditioning with loose hair?
I think the the product spreads better with the twist. With loose hair I have trouble covering all of my hair.
@@milami. that’s kind of strange 😅
What is your favourite deep conditioners?

A new subbie, im a masseuse and go and get a handmassage if you still have the aches... ofcourse a massage full body is not a punishment neither🙂

The pain has gone away for the most part. When it was bad I was definitely googling carpal tunnel. Bad idea lol
