So happy I found your video. Same broken connection, added a wire and it's good to go. As in the other comment, there are 5 nuts to remove on our 2011 Armada. I did add some silicone under the board to keep it from moving around. Thank You!!!! :)
Amazing video! Thanks for the info and indepth detail, always looking for a way to save money and this saves you way more than $150 but it's worth it all the same, every dollar counts, thank you for your video!
CHECK CONNECTORS FIRST! Great video Rolando! I have an 08 QX56... with brake light issue. Went through this process (note there are 3 additional nuts to remove under rubber plugs) and expected to find the same issue. But I didn't. Nothing obvious wrong (broken connections, etc). All tested ok too and when I reconnect it now it is working. So the epoxy is drying now to put back together. I should have check connectors first, as I'm guess that was the issue. But it's good to know how to take this apart...

Great video! I was hoping it was the plug!
Me too, but after testing the connector, it turn out to be a bad soldering job by the manufacture.
Thank you I save 100.00 !!!!
