10000% doug. go for it. you have the ability to explain things in much simpler ways which will be a pathfinder for most people to want to get into bitcoin but do not have the proper learning resources and exact explanations of what is going on. cover some specific areas on how to avoid scammers etc. looking forward to it . cheers

doug i do understand what you mean by "if you have a style its a weakness" .. this is mostly true but not always true. the example its not true is when you always say "i could go either way in this spot" meaning both are good... so now with every one of these spots you can develop a profitable non leakable style over time with the pattern of which route you take... sorry im not the best at wording things but i hope that made some sense haha

people may not know who Luke Schwartz is, but he would bring in a fun dynamicwhat makes it interesting. People want to see a fun game and the dynamics on the table is much interesting then the amount of the pots. I think for example I like High stakes poker much more because of all the table talk and side bets going on then a pot being only 200K instead of 1M. Also games where people don't talk at all despite the stakes being superhigh tend to just be pretty boring.
The beauty is, you are on the internet, you only have to watch what you want. And the pace of podcasts at the moment is very high, so that sounds very GTO. Loved the pod, not alot of content but still fun to listen to.
I trade futures for a living and trust me BTC looks amazing but people have to realize this is brand new. When the gold rush happened, gold was going to the moon too remember. Also, governments love to control money. If you think BTC will always be decentralized then it probably will go to the moon. Tough to get past some of these governments though, they will want to regulate it if it gets to a point where we use BTC over USD etc.
Time will tell, and I can easily be wrong and might miss out on some money at first. But guys when things are too good to be true they just are. Go invest all your money in BTC lemme know how you're doing in a couple years. Hopefully its still around by then and doesn't face some major obstacle set forth by the higher powers
Exactly. It's only attractive currently cus your $100 investment 5 years ago would have astronomical returns but nobody bought and held for that long... Thats the thing, you just don't know when this thing will turn on a dime and nobody will be able to get out and you'll see a massive amount of people losing massive amounts of money
Shiiiiiiiiiit iI would lose the lvoe for poker to if I had millions... Poker is good for someone who wants tobe their own boss figure it out and grind instead of working for the man to make maybe 30-50k a year with the right bankroll and very good play in tournaments and cash games, but to be rich already and play all the time is kinda throwing away your youth that a very small percentage of people in the world have imo...
Just invest in ethereum guys, no need for some crypto course by doug or some shit like that. Doug is biased as fuck about ethereum just because some past event that wont matter at all in the future.
The problem with PLO is that it's too hard to understand what hand you have. You get four cards and must use two of those to make your hand, which means you have no less than 12 different hands at all times. I only ever played NLHE, but even though I've been playing for years, I'm still struggling a bit to keep up with PLO hands.
Feels like dougs 15 minutes of fame is coming to an end. He is becoming hard to listen to. He was the worst part of poker after darks best week maybe ever.
Poker needs to stop making games harder and tougher to beat period. people need know that what made poker such an awesome game is the fact that it was beatable and fun. the game needs to stay social i can see the merit on getting people better at the game but that should be through experience. Not through poker books or online education like upswing poker. the games are dying especially online cause the game is just to tough to beat plain and simple. even a pro like patrik antonius cant beat games anymore and hes a guy who dominated for years on end on the online poker games

I trade futures for a living and trust me BTC looks amazing but people have to realize this is brand new. When the gold rush happened, gold was going to the moon too remember. Also, governments love to control money. If you think BTC will always be decentralized then it probably will go to the moon. Tough to get past some of these governments though, they will want to regulate it if it gets to a point where we use BTC over USD etc.
Time will tell, and I can easily be wrong and might miss out on some money at first. But guys when things are too good to be true they just are. Go invest all your money in BTC lemme know how you're doing in a couple years. Hopefully its still around by then and doesn't face some major obstacle set forth by the higher powers
Exactly. It's only attractive currently cus your $100 investment 5 years ago would have astronomical returns but nobody bought and held for that long... Thats the thing, you just don't know when this thing will turn on a dime and nobody will be able to get out and you'll see a massive amount of people losing massive amounts of money

Poker is good for someone who wants tobe their own boss figure it out and grind instead of working for the man to make maybe 30-50k a year with the right bankroll and very good play in tournaments and cash games, but to be rich already and play all the time is kinda throwing away your youth that a very small percentage of people in the world have imo...

Just invest in ethereum guys, no need for some crypto course by doug or some shit like that. Doug is biased as fuck about ethereum just because some past event that wont matter at all in the future.
The problem with PLO is that it's too hard to understand what hand you have. You get four cards and must use two of those to make your hand, which means you have no less than 12 different hands at all times. I only ever played NLHE, but even though I've been playing for years, I'm still struggling a bit to keep up with PLO hands.

Poker needs to stop making games harder and tougher to beat period. people need know that what made poker such an awesome game is the fact that it was beatable and fun. the game needs to stay social i can see the merit on getting people better at the game but that should be through experience. Not through poker books or online education like upswing poker. the games are dying especially online cause the game is just to tough to beat plain and simple. even a pro like patrik antonius cant beat games anymore and hes a guy who dominated for years on end on the online poker games
