I like how you explain Isolation, Leon. I find that dancing "less stiff" means power comes from hips and shoulders and flows through legs and arms. Ex. If you want "less stiff" arm movements then don't lift your arm or hand; rather, begin the movement from the shoulder and allow your shoulder to guide your arm as your hand completes the movement...if that makes sense. Power of movement starts in the shoulder and extends out through the arm and flows through your hand gracefully and smoothly. Not so stiff because your using arm and hand muscles to guide the movement and not to power the movement. (I think I just confused everybody.) 😕

I dance like a wooden soldier. I get it. I just don't get how to dance with more movement like a flag blowing in the wind. I need to loosen up, be less self-conscious, and learn to move those hips. My wife would be so happy. If only!!!
Can you please do a video talking about “styling”? What is it? How is it done? When is it done? Why is it done? A classmate of mine have been discussing our concern for the stiffness we’ve noticed in ourselves and our classmates, and I told her I found some videos showing “styling” and “shining” that look like we want to look, but they don’t really talk about the terminology or the whys and whatnot. “Styling” videos look like what you just did. Thanks in advance if you can!
I don't look solid but I look very uncomfortable like I have never been on a stage and dance. That's how good i would like to be. Or I could just start dancing and it would look in place instead of everyone stopping to look at me wondering what im doing, May not even realize I'm dancing lol

I always look stiff while dancing, but when I tried not to look stiff I overdid it that it looks too exaggg!
For me I’m not stiff when I’m dancing alone in my room but when I’m in public imma whole ruler lmao

using more of your core.. allowing the spine to be flexible, allowing the whole spine to flow with the dance

I came from a background of dancing, but because of sport injuries I became stiff as heck
