I really love this workout! I normally do 4+ level workouts and I feel this definitely belongs in that category. The moves are exciting and targets multiple muscles in one rep. I also like how the moves are done slower which means you can focus on proper form. If you've completed this workout, pat yourself on the back! It may say "3.5" or "low-impact" but it was definitely challenging 😀 thanks Jordan, keep 'em coming!
Jordan Yeoh's exercises really are effective. I lost 3 kgs since March, my body now is more toned and i feel more active and strong. I would say this is better than my gym routine, perfect for my on the go busy schedule. This is a better alternative at home routine while the gyms are still closed. I would definitely recommend this channel! Thank you Mr. Yeoh!

The power of this workout: I sweat like hell even though it’s outside at -2 degrees Celsius! This low-impact exercise is really loved. After 5 days, I realized that the lower parts of my body are now stronger than before.

I did it with telling myself "Just do 30 secs", then - "It's just a bit over 20 secs left" and at the end "Count from 9 to 0 and it will be over". It is a hell of a workout!
These low impact workouts are perfect as they allow me to push really hard without hurtingg the dodgy old ankles and knees. After doing this every day for 3 weeks I'm now counting the reps and trying do a PB each time. Can't wait for the next one and thanks so much for your awesome channel Jordan!

I am 15 and my schedule is Level 3 Low impact intensity vol.1 in the morning and Vol.2 in the afternoon. Thos abdominals, biceps, legs and the whole buddy gets shredded and it gives the best feeling of success ever. Thank you Jordan for changing our lives for the better. Great vid! Thought I could jump straight back to it after not working out for so long since my snowboarding season ended in march due to current events, but hot damn it's tough. Great work out for my conditioning into the new season but would love to see more videos for those getting back into working out for after so long. Or even tips would be appreciated!

Started This Regimen from Nov 6th 2023. Day1 - had mixed feeling. I was kinda able to do all. Day2 - Did all exercises but fell short by 4 seconds in all. Ego went away. Day3 - I realized I am a clumsy idiot. Tried to do all exercise with demonstrated elegance like Jordan @jordanyeohfitness. Cud not get past exercise 4 of final round. 😂... Will do this for 21 days in total to achieve 90% of form with which he is doing.❤ ❤❤
