⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 下火湯水 芫荽皮蛋魚片湯 材料: 芫荽2札 皮蛋1隻 鯇魚半斤 茶瓜1包 薑一小舊 處理: 1. 鯇魚,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水,切片。 2. 芫荽,切去根部,清水洗乾淨,揸乾水,擎乾水。 3. 芫荽,切粒,放大碗內。 5. 魚片,切一片片,但不要切斷,放碗內。 6. 預備薑,去皮,洗淨,洗乾淨砧板,切絲,放魚片內,加入油1茶匙,撈勻。 7. 茶瓜,放碗內,清水沖一沖。 8. 皮蛋,連膠袋,用菜刀輕拍幾下,去殼,洗乾淨,一開八,放茶瓜內。 烹調: 1. 要幾多碗湯,就加入幾多碗水在煲內,大火煲滾。 2. 加入魚片及薑片。 3. 加入茶瓜及皮蛋,滾2分鐘。 4. 湯已滾好,倒入芫荽內。 5. 完成,可享用。 Grass carp soup with century eggs and coriander Ingredients: Coriander 2 bunches Century egg 1 No. Grass carp 0.5 catty Pickled cucumber 1 pack Ginger (small) 1 No. Preparation: 1. Grass carp, rinse with tap water, drain. Slice it. 2. Coriander, cut off root. Rinse with tap water. Squeeze it. Drain. 3. 4. Coriander, get it diced. Put in a big bowl. 5. Grass carp, get it sliced, but just halfly cut, put in a bowl. 6. Ginger, get it peeled and rinsed. Rinse the chopping board, get it shredded. Put in the carp. Add in 1 tsp of oil, mix well. 7. Pickled cucumber, put in a bowl. Rinse for a second. 8. Century egg, with plastics, hit lightly with chopper. Remove shell and rinse. Divide it into 8 shares, put into pickled cucumber. Steps: 1. One person, 1 bowl of water. Put water into pot. Heat up at high flame. 2. Put the carp and ginger. 3. Put pickled cucumber and century egg, boil for 2 minutes. 4. Soup have been boiled well, pour into the coriander. 5. Complete. Serve.
