I see that you are locking your camera a lot of the time, making it difficult to get an overview and using Ezreals range to your advantage. I also see that youre often just running away and not dropping aa's or abilities. In a few cases using the q to lower your e cooldown, could probably have saved you. You should also be aware of where your team is and kiting toward your team, not running away into fog of war (6:00).
At 7:00 i was wondering why you were on botlane pushing when enemy team is doing baron and you dont have teleport. Sylas had teleport which means that he is free to splitpush enabling him to help out at baron if needed by teleporting.
I was a little suprised that you played so aggressively at 11:30 considering your more preserved playstyle. Remember to space properly. Ornn, Leona does not have long range, but it is difficult to escape if they catch you. Saving your e until Ornn and Leona uses their E's would have been a better option.
You have a lot of potential, good fight at 8:40, keep practicing. Best of luck. :D
